We had a great vacation with this place as our home base while exploring the Rocky Mountains. We stayed 7 nights with our grown children and spouses. 7 adults total. We fit nicely and had a great experience. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen, gathered for movies and puzzles in the living room, grilled on the balcony and enjoyed plenty of space to spread out. We had a little issue with check-in but the owner responded immediatley and we were in within minutes. Overall great experience!
Amazingly spot wit location right on bus line to winter Park resort and anywhere else you need to go
Full stocked kitchen, thoughtful attention to details and needs. Comfortable beds and pillows, washer dryer, and the hot tub was a huge hit!Very close to grocery storeApprox 20 minutes to Winter Park Resort-the bus takes you right to the center-so much more convenient than parking at resort! We hope to return!

Most Relaxing Weekend
Wonderful place, nice and clean, the hot tub was definitely our favorite! Very relaxing and enjoyable.
We took our family to this beautiful home t relax and get away. It was so spacious and we all had enough room to spread out and also many areas we could congregate as a family. The views were amazing! The hot tub in the walk out basement was an added bonus! We would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic Winter Getaway
This condo was perfect for our quick ski weekend. The unit was very updated, cozy, and clean. The views were phenomenal and the in-unit hot tub was a huge bonus. Emily was extremely friendly as well as super helpful and accommodating. We hope to visit again!
The property was immaculately clean. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything I needed to cook/bake.
Quiet.
Would stay again without hesitation.
Our family of 3 stayed here with our 2 dogs for 3 night. The home was so clean and had every amenity you’d need for a comfortable stay! Safeway is 5 minutes away, as is Hwy 40. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot in Fraser.

Great home!
This property worked great for our group of 6 (parents with 4 college kids). The younger group had their own spaces on the lower levels and the upper level primary bedroom allowed for quiet and privacy for the older adults. The proximity to the free shuttle stop right across the street was a huge bonus! The contact from the management company was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
The house is fully stocked with all we needed, and there is a Safeway just a short drive away for any cravings. LOLIt’s a novel little town and the hiking and paddle boarding were conveniently close also. Everything went smoothly. We were warned by a neighbor that a bear had been visiting the area most nights, and the evidence of that was found, though we never saw or heard the bear ourselves. He/She was only interested in finding unsecured garbage cans, so just be sure to REALLY close the cans when you take out the garbage bags, and it is no problem.

Fun for a weekend
Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, large TVs, and a nice hot tub. Front screen door handle felt like it was going to fall off. Quiet neighborhood, but we were there Mother’s Day weekend if that matters.

Absolutely Perfect Cabin Getaway!
Our stay at this cabin in Fraser was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal—peaceful, surrounded by stunning mountain views, yet close enough to town for dining and activities. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and the fireplace was perfect for cozy evenings. The outdoor space was a dream, whether we were enjoying coffee in the morning or stargazing at night. This was the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect mountain retreat!
We checked in no problem thanks to the electronic lock, and found the place positively delightful, if a bit big for just the two of us (but perfect for a larger family gathering another time, perhaps). The dogs also enjoyed it, they found the whole place fascinating, especially the back yard once it snowed. And of course, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub indoors. Soaked in that almost 50% of the time there.
The unit was cozy but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Products and used towels from past guests in drawers, dusty and dirty bed linens, and hair everywhere - in the shower, on the floors, in the carpet. Ultimately would have been a nicer stay if the unit had been properly cleaned.

Elizabeth, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
- We take cleanliness very seriously and we have worked with our cleaner for 8 months now. They have always done a great job and they work very hard. She has been training new team members and we think that could have caused the issue. We will provide your feedback to her and we apologize for any inconvenience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We strive for those 5-star reviews that we know we can deliver.
Luckily our 81 year old father did not end up staying with us for the weekend. We did not realize that this was a six level property. If we would have known that, we probably would not have rented it. That being said, it worked out well for our stay
This condo suited our needs well. We had friends staying together for a ski weekend, so having three bedrooms gave everyone their space. (There is a futon in the hot tub room that we did not use due to being in the same room with the chlorine). The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Though it’s location is a bit far from Winter Park, if you are going there to ski, there is a shuttle stop directly out the front door. You literally cannot get it any closer. This would be great in the summer too if you want to head into town or enjoy the restaurants without needing a car.
Check in was extremely easy! The townhouse was absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we wanted and needed. We grilled and baked items in the over. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds. Each bathroom was updated and very clean. Windows and blinds & sliding glass doors worked well. Great Mountain Views. We didn’t use TV’s in bedrooms but they were very nice. Plenty of room for seating at the kitchen table and bar counter.Laundry facilities were excellent. Parking was ample. We brought a 7x14 trailer with motorcycles, and still had room for 4 vehicles. I had one question, and received a return call within seconds. They had several board & card games. The jacuzzi was heated to 103, perfect for our family. They had pre measured chlorine for ease of use. Extra towels were provided near the jacuzzi. We used it every night! Plenty of room to hang coats and ski gear if needed. Bus access right across the street if needed. Safeway Grocery near the subdivision entrance. Extremely convenient. We saw Elk & Moose on this trip!Played golf, rafted, did some fly Fishing, E-BikedClose to restaurants. I would most definitely stay here again!!
This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, and there is a ton of space. Gorgeous windows and furnishings are high quality. Highly recommend!
