We enjoyed the patio in the hot tub with an excellent view.We were able to get to Rocky Mountain National Park in a reasonable amount of time.This place is spacious. I do not think an adult could sleep on the upstairs pullout mattresses. My teenage son was able to tolerate it. Kitchen had everything we would need.Barbecue was small.

Cozy Duplex High Up On The Hill in Granby

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay in Granby with our 11 year old Beagle, and found this duplex on VRBO. What a wonderful place! It was just as described, the property clean and well stocked, the views amazing and the location convenient to the local ski hill as well as for travel to the valley and the mountains. The hot tub was an added bonus, and we enjoyed taking in the view while soaking our weary bones. We had to check in with work a bit while we were there, and the Internet was up to the task. Communication with our host Brad was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we make it back to the area.

Thank you, Brad, for a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-taken care of property! The location is perfectly situated close enough to town to enjoy the activities and amenities there while also being far enough away to have a clear view of the clear, mountain nighttime stars and quiet. Ample space for a multi-generational large family. Lots of little amenities at the property also that just makes traveling easier like coffee pods, hot chocolate, basic spices, kitchen and dishwares of various sizes and varieties for a large family dinner, bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, freezer ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, lots of extra bedding, pillows, and fans. 3 smart TVs and a fourth one (upstairs in the loft) that has an HDMI for a smart stick (like a Roku Stick). The hot tub was amazing also. Thank you for being accommodating with pets also. We had a great stay overall! [Pics view from back patio]
