Excellent large home in great condition. Well appointed with plenty of towels, soaps, dishes and everything else we needed for our 3 night stay. We never felt that the home was too far away as it is only 10 min from town. We only had 6 guests, but 10 guests would fit comfortably. Highly recommend!

Nice property in a great neighborhood with a fun lake for dog and grandkid walks. Close to Winter Park, lakes and national parks. Also close to Y Snow Mountain Ranch where reasonably priced day passes provide tons of things for kids to do. Be sure to go to the ski area on Friday and Saturday evenings for free Gondola rides to the peak for snacks and happy hour.

Couldn't Have Asked for More!

It was everything we were looking for and we enjoyed our stay very much! It was a quiet neighborhood while we were there and the rental had everything we needed. I would stay here again if I'm in that area of Colorado. Lots of great food and hiking nearby and the lake and playground within walking distance was a nice plus that we didn't know was there!

Great for large group

Great place.

Our place (67 fireweed). Was perfect 4 adults and 2 teens. Location was easy to find and drive into frazer for groceries was only 5 minutes as apx 20 minutes to Mary Jane slope. Clean. And well stocked. Comfy beds. Loved the space. We will definitely recommended this place nice quite neighborhood

This gem of a rental property is well appointed with ample space and comfortable furniture (you know not all rentals have that). The configuration of rooms and space are logical are useable depending on a variety of size and age of your party. I almost hate to give it a high review because I’m selfish and want to keep it available for myself, but I will be honest…as a regular renter on VRBO I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Everything was great! We had 4 children and 5 adults. Plenty of space, bigger than expected. 3 cars fit easily in the driveway, and we could have easily used the garage, too.The kids loved the bunk room. The adults enjoyed their own rooms. There are a lot of games to play on-site, so that was extra fun, too. Plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub. Only thing missing would be some containers/baggies/foil for leftover food. We brought plenty of groceries with us, but it was a little hard to put things away after cooking.The surrounding area is lovely! Great to go on a walk around the neighborhood and along the water. We saw beavers/dams and several types of birds.It's an easy drive to Winter Park or Granby if you are there to ski. And it's a quick drive to the grocery store if you forgot anything.

Spacious, cozy place to spend your vacation in the Rockies

I was here with my family for a ski trip and we really enjoyed the condo. It is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures...bedrooms on three separate floors and plenty of room to spread out with living rooms on the basement and main floor levels. Nice hot tub downstairs, and a great deck off the back of the first floor tha had a large bbq, a gas fireplace, overhead radiant heating and a large dining table. This condo is good for a visit any season whether you're in the area for skiing, hiking, climbing, or just to enjoy being in the mountains for a getaway. 10/10 would book again!

Beautiful Condo in Fraser Valley

My adult son and I stayed in 4bedroom condo close to area we were performing fire mitigation work in Tabernash. We used the two car garage to store our motorcycles as we ran up and over RMNP to Estes Park and back; went out to Kremmling, Green Mountain Reservoir, Keystone, A-Basin and back thru Berthoud Pass into Winter Park. Great location, clean premises, well stocked kitchen, great for family or two families, close to Winter Park, Grand Lake RMNP. I would stay here again, in winter too to ski Winter Park. Thank you for sharing your condo.

short ski trip

This property was very spacious and comfortable. The pictures online matched the house. We were not disappointed. Having the private hot tub was awesome! The only thing I would recommend as a first time customer of VRBO is to make the check-in and check-out instructions more visible so you don't have to disturb the owner. I did communicate with the owner via text and the response was very quick, courteous and helpful. The property could use a new can opener. :) I would recommend this property for a stay with family or friends!!
