Duplex unit situated East / West - watch the sunrise over the continental divide from your master suite and private balcony. 2 stories – stairs necessary to access beds. 2nd floor has master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Each guest bedroom can sleep 2, one has a queen bed and the other has 2 full beds – shared bath and laundry located in the hallway. Main floor is open concept fully equipped kitchen / half bath / dining / living room with gas fireplace and a Roku TV.

Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 dogs. Chefs kitchen with all you need, good sized bedrooms for adults, great communication with host, perfect spot for a fun ski weekend!
We needed a place to bring our little dogs and comfortable enough for my wife to relax in while my daughter and I went skiing. While we didn't necessarily need the 3 bedrooms, the house was the perfect fit. One thing we didnt realize until our 3rd day is the vents were closed and we got really cold in the bedrooms. Once we discovered that we were fine. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again. The house is brand new and we got a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath for the price of a studio at the base of the mountain. If you have a car and don't mind a short drive, you should definitely stay here and try the Tabernash Tavern! Very unassuming but will shock you. Oh and it's 2 mins from the house.
We did a girls hiking weekend and this was an A choice. The townhome was in impeccable condition with easy check in (cell # programmed into front door lock). Owner communication was great (we peppered Mark with questions) and with no renters right before us or after us he was very accommodating with early arrival and a more relaxed departure. We would absolutely stay again! Location provides reasonable access to Granby, Tabernash, and Fraser. We particularly appreciated the proximity to trailheads for west side of Indian Peaks. Thanks again for everything!
We had a really great time, relaxing and playing games. We enjoyed the amazing views. Everything in the place was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked as was the rest of the place.
