The Telemark is located in downtown Winter Park which is the hub for activity and services for the area. Most restaurants, boutiques, ski shops and bars are located within walking distance of The Telemark. The free and very frequent bus service to and from the ski area is accessed within 100 yards of the property.

Interior:
This home is a well appointed, optimally located townhome at The Telemark. The home is unique in style with a western Colorado motif. The design features western style art and cowboy accessories such as saddles, spurs and chaps.

The townhome is a luxurious, 2,200 square feet, end unit with maximum south facing solar exposure (3 sides of windows). The home has continental divide/mountain views and a superb view and access to the Fraser River situated immediately adjacent to the home and fronting both the lower level patio and main level deck.

The Great Room is over 400 square feet and provides uninterrupted views to the Continental Divide with two sliding glass door locations to the 300 square foot wrap-around deck. A high definition television/entertainment center and a fireplace are the focal points in the living room.

The home has two master bedrooms with private baths and a third bedroom with a king bed and bath just outside the bedroom. The multi level design allows for privacy for each bedroom.

Amenities:
The private hot tub is located on the lower level patio accommodating 4-6 people. Most importantly, it has an uninterrupted view of the Fraser River just 30' away!

There is an attached direct access, single car garage plus an additional, private parking space immediately in front of the garage. There is additional parking on site

Surrounding Area Amenities:
There are many high quality restaurants within several hundred yards of the townhome including several family oriented establishments. More restaurants can be reached by walking 3 blocks into the heart of the downtown area. The new Fireside Market is located adjacent to The Telemark property for your grocery needs.

The Telemark is less than a quarter mile away from the Winter Park recreation center and the multi-plex movie theater/bowling alley. There is a pedestrian sidewalk interconnecting The Telemark to the recreation center and the movie theater/bowling alley located less than 500 yards (5 minute walk) to the immediate north. The rec center has an indoor pool with a loop slide and lazy river, gym, weight room and sauna/steam bath facility.

Many hiking trails are immediately accessible from the property. The Frasier River Trail which abuts the property and Baker Lake provides a nature trail in a relatively undeveloped area.

Great Winter Park home
We spent a couple nights at this lovely western style townhome with its three separate floors. The privacy of dividing the couples and kids by floor was very nice. The only issue we had was the hot tub kept turning off on our first day/night and never got to temp. We had plans to ring in the new year in the hot tub, so that got spoiled. However the owners helped troubleshoot the problem on the last day of our stay and we got to use it then. We were pretty bummed the hot tub wasn’t working for our whole stay as it was what sold me on this more pricey rental. But the rest of the house was cozy… maybe not worth what we paid in the end.

We will stay again!!
This is a fantastic property located perfectly for all Winter Park, Fraser, Granby activities and access! Quiet street yet right in the middle of restaurants, grocery and ski rentals. Home is very accurately described- super clean and nice, everything any family wants or could need in a vacation home. Communication with owner was great! Owner is super pleasant and easy to make arrangements with- I feel like we are friends even though we haven’t met in person haha! We will absolutely stay again next season, won’t even look for other listings!!

Great place for a family
This space worked really well for our family. We were very impressed at how spacious the unit was. Loved the big foyer! Each bedroom is on a separate level, which made the house feel very spacious and each family/couple have a lot of privacy. We could keep our clutter contained in each room/level, and the main level stayed nice and neat for everyone. Parents, beware, there is an actual drum with a pair of mallets in the family room. Hide those mallets if you don't want your kids to have a drum performance in the condo. Having a 2 car parking space was great. We were able to park the minivan in the garage and the truck in the driveway. The location was great. Hernando's was right there, and as well as the bus stops. One small suggestion we had was to have more than one kitchen towel available in the kitchen. We did find some clean towels marked "rags" in the garage that we used to wipe down the counters and laid out as a drying mat for when we had to handwash some dishes.

Uniquely located on the Fraser River the owners acquired the site in 2005 and proceeded to develop The Telemark property. When selecting the site of the home, the owners were drawn to both the sound and views of the river with the Continental Divide in the background.

What makes this property unique

The home has custom features throughout such as hand picked slab granite in both the kitchen and all baths, custom lighting, upgraded travertine tile in the master baths and slate flooring in the kitchen, dining and entry areas. The subject location was desirable to the owners due to the privacy and proximity to the Fraser River and the sunlight that one receives throughout the day.
