Perfect Location! - EV charger, downtown, shuttle, + private hot tub & garage!
This gorgeously appointed townhome is perfectly situated within walking distance to downtown WP and the shuttle to Winter Park resort. A level 2 EV charger is available to guests. Our townhome is perfect for families! It has a private hot tub off the kitchen and has very fast internet speeds (up to 600 mb) for those needing to work or attend class. 
The Townhome offers three bedrooms with a KING bed in the master bedroom. The second upstairs bedroom contains a queen bed with a twin loft bed. The lower bedroom suite has a queen over queen bunk bed which is perfect for 4 teens or a couple with kids on the top bunk. Unit sleeps up to 8 people.
Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The bedroom configuration can sleep up 6-8 adults or 4 adults with 6 kids. Additionally, we have a crib mattress that is perfect for small kiddos and a pack-n-play. Each bedroom has a PureGuardian humidifier as the mountain air can be so dry. Fans are offered as well.
The main level offers a cozy gas fireplace, TV with an Apple TV, and a nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Sit on the front deck and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains or enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub. The townhome has a heated garage for your car but more importantly for your skis and/or bikes.
A new Bullfrog hot tub was installed 2024. The hot tub is professionally maintained to ensure cleanliness.
Professionally decorated and furnished to the highest standards.
Located just steps away from the bus pick up for the shuttle (Orange Line) to the Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski area. Perfect location for winter get-aways or come up in the summertime (our favorite). Tons of activities both in the winter and summer.

Welcome to our family getaway!  My husband and I purchased this townhome in May of 2005.  Our family of 5 lives in Boulder and love getting away to our "cabin".  All three kids raced on the Winter Park Ski Team with my husband coaching every year.   Winter Park is a special place for us since we were married there in 1998.
My goal is to offer a comfortable townhouse for my guests so that they want to come back year after year.

Why they chose this property
Our townhome is our home so it has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked so making dinner will be a breeze. There are new humidifiers in each bedroom since the mountain air can be so dry.   The sparkling clean hot tub is situated on the main level so older kids can be in the hot tub while you're inside enjoying a glass of wine.    The heated garage is a perfect place to park or store all of your skis or bikes. 
What makes this property unique
You will feel right at home in my townhome. If you drive an EV car, you’ll love that you can charge it while parked in the garage. I have decorated it to make sure it is comfy from the minute you lay your head on the comfy beds & pillows to the luxury towels. The townhome is located where you can walk into town taking a trail that leads you there or to Wolf Park where you can play tennis or basketball or just let the kids play on the play structure. My kids are now teenagers and have loved having our "cabin" to grow up in. You'll love it, I promise!
