Our family had a wonderful time while staying here! A map showing how to get to the ski in/ski out part of the neighborhood would have been helpful. But otherwise, this was a wonderful place for our vacation.
The location was great, easy walk down to ski base from condo. Parking is 40 dollars a day at base, so this saves on parking cost. The condo was clean and well stocked with what we needed. They could update with new bedding and pillows to make a bit more comfortable when sleeping. Good location to hot tub on property! Highly recommend Ski Butler for rentals, drop off and pick up at the door.
We had a great stay in Winter Park. Loved the location and the ski in/out was perfect. We didn't realize the first day you could use the pedestrian bridge on level 5 to get to The Corridor... so be sure to check everything out. The property itself was functional but a few frustrations. The lighting was not good and we couldn't find switches to some of the main lights. Most frustrating was that we couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace! Contacted the property manager but they didn't know either and didn't find out. We were able to check-in a little early, which was great, and that communication with property mgmt was excellent. All in all a great stay, would recommend Iron Horse properties.
