The spacious dining area can also function as a workspace, providing complimentary in-unit wireless internet. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
An accordion door is provided to separate the living area, ensuring privacy for the use of the Queen Murphy bed. The space includes two leather couches, perfect for relaxation while watching TV or enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace and views of the patio.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, a private deck, a TV, and an additional bathroom that features a jetted tub and shower combination, along with a modern vanity.
The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, one of which has a double bed on the lower level, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
The third bathroom is located in the corridor that connects the two bedrooms.
The open lot accommodates parking for a single vehicle. Additional vehicles may be parked in the resort lots for a fee or at no cost in the downtown Winter Park parking garage.
The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.
It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
