WALK THROUGH THE UNIT WITH US

Bella Bellarine, has 4 bedrooms, main with queen bed, ensuite and walk in robe, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has single bed with trundle, and 4th bedroom has trio bunk, (double bed on bottom, single bed on top). The bedrooms are supported by 2 bathrooms, which include shower, bath and two toilets. The house has gas central heating and evaporative cooling, and includes 2 TVs to cater for family stays. The living area is well furnished and fitted out - there are two living zones, lounge has 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, WIFI, 2nd living area (theatre room) has 32 inch flat screen tv, DVD, and very comfy couches. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher walk-in pantry, fridge, great stove and cooktop, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and serving platters to cater for week-end or longer holiday stays. The laundry has a washing machine.

Outdoors there is outdoor furniture and BBQ, 2 sun lounges and a secure yard for children to play. Sleeping a total of 9 the house is ideal for two families or a family with grandparents who just like to come along. The Neighbourhood

An ideal location to explore the Bellarine Peninsula. Just a 8-minute drive to popular Ocean Grove beach. Also, a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one-hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures. There are also parks for kids close by.

We would recommend bringing a vehicle to explore Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula; however, If you are not bringing your own vehicle, there are Ubers & Taxis readily available in the area.
