Spacious, bright, and completely renovated 1050 sq foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, beautifully decorated, and steps away from Stratton Village. Heated outdoor pool, outdoor skating rink, and a 30 second walk to one of three outdoor hot tubs and sauna. (Please see Stratton's website www.stratton.com PLAY IT SMART for protocols) 1st bedroom - King size bed with an en suite bathroom and access to a private patio. 2nd bedroom - Queen size bed. Good quality Aero-Mattress in closet for additional sleeping. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Oversized L-shape couch, fireplace, flat screen tv, wifi, games, books, and great views with lots of light. Once parked in the heated underground lot, there's no need to drive as you're a minute from the charming Stratton Village where you'll find numerous restaurants, shops and lifts lines. Entire condo is new and ready to be enjoyed.
*To exit building, go up one floor in elevator and turn left down hall. Exits at crosswalk to Stratton Village and lifts.

Great place just across the village

Great weekend at Stratton! The location, just across the village, made it so easy to get around with the wheelchair! We had everything we needed and enjoyed the cosy and clean place! Thank, we would definitely come back!

Spring Break Snowboard trip

Wee went to Stratton for my kids college spring break. The condo is great. 2 large bedrooms and a good living area. This condo is perfect for 2 couples.

I am Canadian by birth, love the mountains (and outdoors in general) and have been living in NYC for 16 years. Prior to that I lived in England for 8. I'm a director/choreographer in the theatre industry which is why I've landed in NYC. My friend Kate and I bought this place together as a means to enjoy Stratton, and all it has to offer, with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Long Trail House is terrific. It's steps away from the Village, specifically Fire Tower Bar & Restaurant which is my favorite place to wind down after a day of skiing. The condo is fortunate to have many windows so the views are magical and make you feel you're in the heart of winter wonderland. Love that there is a hot tub a mere 30 second walk from the unit, underground parking, a heated outdoor pool, and a magnificent common room with a massive fireplace. Kids won't be short on activities, and adults can rest assured that their family is in a safe, friendly, like-minded community. It really doesn't get any better than this!
