Riverhouse at Barwon Heads is a tastefully decorated 4 bedroom Cape Cod style home. The perfect place to base yourself for a holiday on the Bellarine peninsula, a weekend away or a lovely place to get ready for a beach wedding.



Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, meals and living area with walk-in pantry, powder room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and WIR.



Upstairs is another double bedroom with queen size bed and 2 other bedrooms containing 2 single beds each. There is a bathroom upstairs with toilet There is also a rumpus area with TV and entertainment unit with a double fold out sofa bed. All bedrooms are carpeted, as is the rumpus area. Downstairs is finished with beautiful spotted gum polished floors. There is also a double carport.



Riverhouse at Barwon Heads has heating and air conditioning split systems both upstairs and down stairs. For your entertainment there is TV in both living areas, and DVD upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a dishwasher, 90 cm oven and cook top and a microwave, glassware, crockery and cutlery. There is a large dining table to seat 10 people and stools at an island bench - perfect for a casual breakfast. In the laundry there is a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.



Riverhouse at Barwon Heads provides a number of games, books and puzzles for your relaxation. Outside there is a spacious alfresco area with BBQ and 10 person dining setting for outdoor meals or entertaining. The backyard is fully fenced with lockable double gates.
