Family and Pet Friendly - a real home away from home

This spacious 3 bedroom cottage is ideally situated in Bright's beautiful tree-lined Delany Avenue. Stroll to the shops, river and park or just relax under the canopy of the walnut tree in the fully-enclosed back garden. 48 Delany is the ideal place for your next family holiday. You can even bring the dog!

5 minutes easy walk to town along Delany Avenue.

Accommodating up to 8 guests (max). Great for 2 small families, 3 couples or a girls weekend away. Can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and up to 4 children. Three couples is also an option.

Electric blankets on all beds.

Pricing
Pricing is from $260 a night.
Christmas school holidays 4 night minimum lets.

Please let us know in your enquiry if you are bringing your dog. There is an additional fee of $50 per stay for your doggy guest and you must bring your own blankets/rugs to protect the furniture.

An excellent stay, everything worked as needed and the manager even arranged to have the heat on and the electric blankets on ad we were arriving at 0200 in the morning.

Fabulous holiday house

The house was very clean with plenty of room for everyone, with a fantastic backyard and all within walking distance of the town centre. My family of grown children and grandchildren all love it . Thankyou for a wonderful trouble free stay 🙂

A perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Nice easy walk to town. Comfortable and cosy home with everything we needed provided, including great board games and toys for kids. Lovely big back yard. Thank you. We will be back.

Great house for a larger group

Walking distance to town, and riding distance to MTB trails. Lock up room for bikes, and secure garden for dogs. Older style house, but very clean and warm. Just a great choice for a group or family.

Comfortable house close to everything

The house has everything you need for a family holiday. Everything for infants, to children, teenagers and adults is all there in the home. We had excellent communication and great suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Heaters in all rooms really helped for the winter months. Overall it was a fantastic stay. Thank you.

A welcoming lovely property in central Bright. Ideal for those wanting to visit either Falls or Hotham. The host was very accessible to answer any questions. Fully equipped for your needs. Electric blankets to warm up the beds. Gas heater in lounge warms up the immediate space.

Place was very good , it has excellent air conditioning as it was very hot . Has all the services and amenities that you need. Beautiful big tree to sit under in backyard. Comfortable enough , just needs a new mattress in the first bedroom , otherwise couldn’t fault it.
