SWISS STYLE HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL LAKE VIEW.

It is a 2-story rustic decorated house with a beautiful view of Lake Vichuquén. North-East orientation. Large garden (27000ft2) and lots of vegetation. The first floor has a very cozy interior coating (native woods). Large kitchen equipped with household appliances, dishes, dishwasher and refrigerator. It has private parking, pool, deck and grill. It also includes access to the lake through a yacht club located 600 meters from the house where you can also rent a private jetty US25 / fortnight.
It has 4 bedrooms, D1: Matrimonial en suite. D2: matrimonial. D3: 1 cabin. D4: Matrimonial en suite. All overlooking the lake. On the second floor there is a shared bathroom for D2 and D3. On the first floor there is 1 guest bathroom. The pool is big. Many trees grown with spaces of sun and shade.
This house is 4 hours by car from Santiago, the capital of Chile.
