About this property

A newly updated condo close to the pool and barbecue area. About a hundred yards from the beach. Condo has a great view of the bay including the Carrier Lexington Museum, Texas State Aquarium, and new bridge being built over the harbor. Large walk-in shower with dual heads. Full kitchen with new countertops, full-size range with glass cook top and built-in microwave above stove, ample counter top space, pots, pans and plenty of utensils. Unit has a full sized bed and Futon couch that sleeps two as well. Condo has a dedicated work area. Bedding and extra linens provided. Includes a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, spices and some supplies.

Great for Spring Break

This was a great spot for my family with two little ones. We came down for Spring Break There is a heated pool about a one minute walk from the condo, and the beach is about 75 yards away. The patio table and chairs face the beach and Corpus Christi bay and makes for nice evenings. This condo has a washer/dryer in the unit which was very convenient, so as not having to compete for laundry machines on the property. The kitchen is large, lot's of pantries, a kitchen nook and sleepable sofa. There is also a separate work/office space for some of us that like to check-in on work. Closet space throughout, well equipped bedroom and the bathroom seems newly tiled with a spacious shower. So it makes plenty of space for 4 people to run around in, for a few days. Recommended for family units like mine, or minus kids, either way.

Great Accomodations

We had planned a trip to Corpus and our accomodations fell through at the last minute! Pamela and Wood let us book at the last minute and we were so pleased with the place! Pamela and Wood were excellent hosts! We hope to book with them again!

perfect for us

we stayed abt 3,5 month in the very nice apartment-it become our home for the duration of my busines trip. We loved the close distance to the beach and felt petty well there. Pamela and Guy are a very nice couple - they take care abt. the apartment and gave good tips.
