Externally: Extra-large elevated raked ceiling deck (8m x 6m) overlooking beach/river/lagoon/bush reserve with ceiling fans, wood fireplace, built-in BBQ and kitchen/wet bar including fridge/freezer. Internally: Main designer kitchen in open-plan living space with river/lagoon views, glass splash-backs and stainless steel appliances. Four (4) bedrooms in total (1 x King, 2 x Queen, 1 x Double beds) plus study. Master bedroom with views through to water and access on to deck, plus en-suite with twin-4-head showers. Walk in robe with built in make-up bench. Main bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, separate bathtub and oversized shower with dual shower heads. Overall:- 2 x bathrooms/toilets. 2 x TV/living rooms and 2 x outside dining areas, plus extra lounge and games table in downstairs rumpus/family room all connected with wireless internet. Guest access to Netflix, Stan & Apple TV. Off street and undercover parking (10m x 4m carport under main roof line). Direct private access to Elliott River beach/estuary from property rear gate or walk/cycle scenic path to patrolled surf beach/kiosk. 50m to Elliott Heads convenience store/takeaway.

Home away from home, only better!

Our family of six (including 3 teenage boys) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Libby & Tony’s beach house. From the minute we stepped through the front door we knew we were going to have a great time. The house smelt so good and you could see from the thoughtfully curated decor that this was a holiday house you were going to feel right at home in. Can’t wait to visit again!

Libby and Anthony’s house was amazing. It exceeded all our expectations and made our week in Elliott Heads a very comfortable and memorable experience. Elliot Heads getaway

The family had a beaut holiday at this house . The river inlet is right on your doorstep , with the kids finding stingrays , crabs , fishing , worms and all sorts of life darting up the channels . Just a short walk to the point and and you’ve got the beach with small surf and rock pools . And the ice cream shop ! House is enormous with two levels , plenty of room with the outdoor areas and the A/C was very chilled . Very modern interior with big master bedroom and walk in robe . Overall very good !

Beautiful Week Away

Without a doubt the most beautiful holiday house we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage daughters). We loved having a space to play board games, a great movie watching space, luxurious bathrooms and the main bedroom and lounge room both opening onto the massive deck with gorgeous views and outdoor kitchen was wonderful. We enjoyed a couple of BBQ dinners on the deck watching the sunsets and clouds moving by. We felt relaxed and loved heading down to the surf beach for a swim most days. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts Libby and Tony.

Great getaway location

Absolutely Loved the house and location. The seasonal midge were present at times but that is no reflection on Tony and Liz and the fantastic hosts they were. It was a great getaway with enough space for the family to use with breakout spaces for the kids. Being able to see the water made the location idyllic and had all facilities you need. The best fish and chips can be found at the convenience shop at the end of the street. 10/10 recommend

This place was stunning. Even better then the photos online. Outdoor kitchen and huge deck was a feature. Property was very tidy and well presented on arrival. They had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. Great downstairs retreat which is perfect for teenagers of some quite time away from kids. We hope to come back soon

Great relaxing place to stay

We had a great time here, the mornings are so quiet with birds the only noise and the back deck area is fantastic! We had a group here together with a small child and teenager and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. There is plenty to do around the area and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.
