Roll out the towel on Noosa Main Beach and soak up the ambience of everything NOOSA.Contemporary design meets functionality, with comfort at the forefront of this well equipped unit. The queen bed with Koala mattress, and single bed provides the perfect space for singles/couples or a couple with one small child.
The Vera Wang cutlery and Royal Doulton plates help set the scene for dining inside, or outside on the patio overlooking the pool. Enjoy the outdoor space relaxing on the day bed where sun filters through the foliage in winter, and where the roof protects from summer sun.

This unit is not managed by Mantra as you have booked directly with owner. Mantra are Caretakers and are responsible for Common Areas of the resort, and all of the resort facilities are available for you to use. We can not offer to mind luggage for early check-in or late check-out as guests cannot use the Mantra office.

Great week at Noosa

Excellent property with all the facilities needed for a comfortable weeks stay. Location is in a quiet area of the resort and easy access to the Pool. All the basics needed to make the stay comfortable. Would recommend a stay here, great service.

This is a small one bedroom apartment but we had no trouble making up a bed in the lounge for a teenager. Well presented and well stocked apt in a great location. No Hastings street noise. 12 day stay and we will do it again.

Great property, great location

Terrific experience dealing with the property owner, location is fab with things available at the property making it feel much more welcoming than the usual apart-hotel. For a one bedroom the additional bed in the room was a great addition. The bathroom is huge and the shower was amazing! We would return on another visit to Noosa. Thank you!

Relaxing Holiday

A clean very comfortable one bedroom apartment in the French Quarter - airconditioned with a functional kitchen and roomy bathroom with outdoor terrace leading to the pool and spa. For the 2 of us this was more than enough to make for a relaxing holiday.

FABULOUS!!!!!

Louise's apartment echoes luxury holiday. The apartment was modern and well thought out in an AMAZING location. All the little extras were thought of. Lots of wine glasses and crockery and the fridge and cupboard was even full of condiments for us to use. We were very impressed and already planning our next stay. Thank you Louise for being a lovely host. Very happy.

Home away from home!

Apt 128 was exactly what we (as a couple) required and gave more, especially the added surprise of complimentary organic healthy beverages in the fridge, and cooking staples of oil and some seasonings in the cupboard. Being at Noosa from the annual Noosa Triathlon; the unit located in and behind the busy streetscape, but so close to the road was perfect - especially after the race when legs were tender! Monsoon shower was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. My only very minor criticism is that the front balcony slide glass door didn't have a key to unlock from the outside - those stairs to the entry door got harder and harder on tired legs! Apt 128 would be very cosy for a family of 4 but highly recommend for a couple or young family. Thank you Louise, we'll be back :)

Fantastic Apartment In Top Location

We loved our stay. It's in Hastings St, across the road from the beach and the apartment is in one of the best locations in the French Quarter, being ground floor and only steps away from the beautiful pool. The apartment has been just renovated and is very clean and tidy. A very family friendly complex. Louise was fantastic to communicate with, we hope to be back again next year and have reccomended it to our friends.

Good Value

This apartment is better value than if you book with Mantra. It's one of the unrenovated ones on the ground floor with big terrace and easy access to the pool. Great location! Great sun lounges. Clean and tidy. Good value. Louise was very welcoming and attentive. Don't forget to pack your own pool/ beach towels as these aren't provided.

Great location, great value, helpful owner.

We are regular visitors to Noosa and unless you are beachfront, the French Quarter is the best location in Hastings Street. This apartment is like all other "1 bedrooms" in the French Quarter, a largish bedsit with a screen to enclose the bedroom. It is unrenovated (priced accordingly), but in excellent condition and still better than many so called deluxe apartments. The owner is very helpful and will let you take a child, although it is probably best suited for couples. Overall excellent value for money.

We were extremely disappointed! It was quoted as having one bedroom, and was designed for 2 people, plus one extra. This was definitely not a one bedroom, only a small bed-sitter and could not fit a 3rd person on the roll-away! it was extremely small and very old! We then paid an extra fee to move into a bigger apartment, which was so much better, but we should not have been charged!!!! SO not happy

Great location great apartment

Hi Louise, we just wanted to say thanks, we had such a great holiday and the apartment was perfect for us. We were traveling with our 7 month old baby so the ground level was so convenient for us (as well as the porta cot you provided). Excellent value.

Lovely spot, perfect for a couple, quiet unit yet right on the doorstep of busy Hasting Street. Walk to everything. Welcome basket of wine, cheese, biscuits etc. was a lovely gesture.

I live in Brisbane and visit Noosa frequently. BC (before children) I spent a year backpacking around the world. However, I now enjoy the luxurious comforts of my units, with the occasional trip overseas and within Australia.

Why they chose this property

The units are within a beautiful resort which is just a few steps away from the beach and the National Park. I love to walk all the way to the end of the National Park coastal walk, and have on occasions seen whales breaching, and koalas in the native trees.

What makes this property unique

I bought this unit as the patio faces North East which allows me to sit in the sun in winter, and be protected from the hot afternoon sun in summer. The patio opens out to a view of the pool area, and it is so easy to walk to the pool. The large patio area is a great space to entertain friends.
