Penthouse 12, Little Cove Court Noosa

Spectacular true penthouse encompassing the top floor of Little Cove Court. Private, luxurious and secluded, located directly across from Noosa's beautiful Little Cove Beach. Refined, contemporary furnishings and fittings throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a dining table to seat six. Relax on the lounge suite and enjoy the view, or sit back and watch a dvd or television. On the private outdoor terrace the breathtaking view stretches all the way up Noosa's North Shore. Relax outside with a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, additional outdoor dining table and sun lounges for relaxing. The master bedroom, with a king size bed and smart tv, has a beautiful travertine ensuite complete with freestanding soaking bath, dual sinks and separate shower with both overhead and hand shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, smart tv and is conveniently located next to the additional bathroom which contains a lavish double-sized shower, with both overhead and additional wall-mounted massage jets. Linen and towels are provided, as well as Saya skincare products to use during your stay. Single car parking space provided as well. Please note, Little Cove Court has stair access only, to all units, there is no lift in the building.
Stunning Noosa Surrounds
Choose to do a lot, or very little at all. Little Cove Beach is directly across the road, or a three-minute walk along the boardwalk will take you to Noosa's beautiful Main Beach with the fabulous shops and restaurants of Hasting's Street. Noosa National Park is also just a short walk along the boardwalk with many beautiful sites to see and wildlife abounds. Walkers, runners, swimmers, surfers or those that just want to relax on the beach will have plenty of options close by. For those who want to go for a drive, there are plenty of wonderful places to visit including Australia Zoo, Eumundi Markets or Fraser Island, just to name a few. Penthouse 12 at Little Cove Court is the perfect base for your Noosa holiday.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. Everything you could need is provided in the apartment and the location is a dream! Kim was so helpful and made every aspect of arriving and departing so easy. We will definitely come back

Love Little Cove !

Little Cove is our Sunshine Coast favourite.The property is exactly as advertised and a delightful place to stay…..absolutely everything you need !You are warned about the stairs when making a booking and this is a consideration for older or restricted guests but if this is not an issue for you then go for it.You won’t be sorry.

If you want to stay somewhere with the "wow factor" then stay here. The penthouse is fabulous and the ocean views are amazing. Kim, the host, is a great communicator. Yes, you'll be going up and down quite a few stairs quite a lot, but we found it totally worth it.

Lovely top floor penthouse unit. Very clean, modern and well stocked for everything you would need. Lovely towels, linens etc.. Beautiful view and nice short walk to Hastings Street. Kim was wonderful with correspondence and checked in with us occasionally to make sure everything was good.

Penthouse stay at Little Cove

We had a fabulous time , the unit is fantastic , the location is Location, Location, Location just a short walk to Hastings Street and Noosa National Park. Kim was really great to deal with and highlighted the stairs before we booked (which we found to be great exercise however this could be somewhat challenging for some people). What you read from the website and photos is exactly what you see- the view is absolutely amazing... Highly recommend and hope to revisit again.

Beautiful, relaxing and convenient!

This penthouse condo is just beautiful! The lanai is the best feature (even on rainy days!) as it is large, with a private pool, barbecue grill and fantastic ocean views. There is plenty of room here, and everything provided that you need. It was a chore to drag our luggage all the way up (just ask my husband lol), so keep that in mind. Also, my preference would always be to have a door to the Master bathroom; this unit does not. That is just a minor thing, though, given how fantastic this unit is. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the national park. We walked into town every day, lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. This will be a great memory for years to come.

Amazing property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the location is great being a short walk to Hastings St or the national part in the opposite direction. Little cove beach is also across the road. The property itself is amazing with top quality furnishings/appliances, a good sized plunge pool, bath for two etc. Being on the top floor this place gets all day sun and has the bonus of a westerly outlook so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck. We'll definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Little pice of paradise

Great property in beautiful location true to images shown on line . High quality fixture and fittings and thoughtful extras such as beach towels and domestic supplies and toiletries . 5 minutes max to little cove sandy beach , 15 minute slow stroll in to Hastings street and a lovely path along the coast begins below the apartment great for walks or runs. The 62 steps from car park to front door are a great way to get your exercise in every day . Going home feeling refreshed , relaxed and a little bit fitter . We will be back and will be recommending to friends .
