LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - Yes no driving, no parking, no traffic. Just a short stroll (3-4 mins) to Little Cove beach and or the National Park and of course Hastings Street only another 5 mins along the boardwalk. The property is fully fenced for privacy and security.

A delightful and secluded cottage found adjacent to The Noosa National Park AND just three minutes walk to pristine Little Cove - the local's private beach. One continues from Little Cove to Hastings Street with worldly cafes, iconic restaurants, and stylish shops - just five minutes stroll along the boardwalk overlooking the Laguna Bay.

From Caroona the main entrance to The Noosa National Park is two minutes wander down Mitti Street where one will discover a variety of scenic parkland and coastal walks including access to the Pacific Ocean at Sunshine Beach.

Caroona welcomes you with 3 bedrooms (each with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan) and remodelled fully tiled bathroom with a large rainfall shower. The open plan living and kitchen area flows out to a covered patio overlooking the private courtyard at the front of the cottage. At the back there is 2 decks the upper designed for relaxation overlooking the native National Park inspired landscaped garden.The lower deck with dining for 6 includes a BBQ and is settled amongst the gardens.

Peaceful retreat with prime location

We were pleasantly surprised when we booked a bit last minute and were able to snag this location - close enough to walk to the National Park, Beach, and Hastings Street, other than driving to get groceries everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The back deck is a fantastic place to sit and enjoy a meal, the accommodations were clean and communication with the host was prompt. A definite gem in Noosa!

We had a lovely time staying at Alan’s place in Little Cove! It was in a fantastic position and we could comfortably walk into Hastings street and the National Park.
