WELCOME to my LAX/ Westchester lower-level condo. Newly renovated comfortable modern 1,200 sqft condo. When I travel for business, I enjoy sharing my condo to respectful guest that want to enjoy the fantastic location and region.
My condo is located in a secure LAX/Westchester tree lined neighborhood near all popular attractions and beaches and easy 405 access. The master suite includes it's own private bath, queen bed, with memory foam mattress and a large closet. The 2nd Bedroom which includes a queen size bed and memory mattress large closet and has it's own private location down a long hall next to a 2nd full bath Parking: off street assigned parking included for 2 small cars.

New furnishings, Basic dishware, Utensils, Cutting Knives, Basic Pots/Pans, New Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stem less/Stem Wine Glasses, Water Cups, Small Kitchen table, Bath amenities include: Bath/Hand Towel settings for 4 persons, Sparkling Pool and Small Community Gym

Walking or-driving in minutes to LAX, Major Car Rentals, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Sepulveda Blvd, In Out Burger, Super Markets, many restaurants choices, 5 min walk to Yum Yum Donuts, opened 24/hrs, Italian Restaurant, Personal Care Choices Nail Salon and a 15 min walk to the Iconic Famous Randy's Donuts and Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles, were you can find many LA elites and Celeb's .
