Renovated farmhouse/ artist studio

This guest suite is a house within a house. You will have your own entrance, your kitchen and 1 or 2 bedrooms.
The house is a restored farm, decorated with a mixte of a country style and modern furniture. I am a painter so you will be surrounded by art.
The garden is very large with many trees and is kept natural with a pond and a swimming pool in summer.
The view is amazing, on top of a hill overlooking the organic fields around.
It is located 30kms from Toulouse and 5 kms from Caraman.

On the ground floor, there is a dining room, a cosy living area with a fire stove and the large kitchen, plus a small bathroom (italien shower) , and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there is the mezzanine with my studio, a large double bedroom and a very large living room that can be used as a bedroom with a huge and comfortable sofa. In this room, you have a bath and lavatory too! The view of this room is beautiful!!
