Paraíso da Brava is located on the Praia Brava hill in Florianópolis, with a wonderful pool deck overlooking the sea of Praia da Lagoinha, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, balcony overlooking the pool, balcony with sea view, full kitchen, barbecue area and wood burning stove, laundry area with washing machine, tank and clothesline, private parking in front of the house with space for 4 cars, large gardens, rainforest with marmosets, coatis, jackdaws, woodpecker, saracuras, aracuãs, a brook with crystal clear water. The pool has waterfall, jets and indoor led lighting, great for bathing at night. We accept small dogs with prior consultation. The house is 500 meters from Brava Beach sand and 800 meters from Lagoinha Beach. Close access to the most beautiful trails of the Island.
