About this property

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with breathtaking valley & sunset views.

Easy ski in/ski out in the winter, with a wood burning fireplace to enjoy apres ski. During the winter months, our building has its own cedar lined hot tub and spacious sauna. There is also nearby ice skating and snowmobiling. The condominium offers a free shuttle during the winter months that will take you anywhere in Crested Butte between 8am and midnight! There, you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, unique shops, and nightlife. (Please note the hot tub is only available during the winter months and closes during warmer months.) You can ski down to the Westwall chairlift in the winter.

In the summertime, our condo is only a short walk from many beautiful hiking and biking trails. The wildflowers are spectacular! For outdoors enthusiasts, fly fishing, white water rafting, and horseback riding are all nearby. We have a comfy balcony with abundant seating to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets or your morning coffee. In the warmer months, a shared grill is available for your use - it can be found by the firewood!

In fall, the colors of the golden Aspen trees are magical.

The master bedroom has a king bed, it's own bathroom, and a sliding glass door out to the balcony overlooking beautiful valley views (and facing the sunset). The other 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. One has a comfy king bed, and the other bedroom has a full sized bed as well as a very sturdy bunk bed set. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2022!

Good But Needs Attention

We have stayed at San Moritz for many years. It is an older complex but many units are updated. This condo has updated bathrooms but the primary bedroom could use a few things. The room smelled like pet urine. I called the office and was told the previous group also said it smelled. The office asked me to remove a runner in the room and see if that was the problem. It helped but the carpet still smelled. The bed could use new sheets as the elastic was not holding the fitted sheet on. Over all it was adequate but needs attention.

Great ski-in ski-out with ample space

Great stay for our group. Ski in ski out was not beginner friendly but more blue terrain. Great communication and great hot tub. Appreciated the shuttle.
