This coastal-luxe inspired modern 3-bedroom duplex is located in a quiet beachside street. Sleeps 4-6; 2 x single beds or queen convertible in bed 2, queen bed in bedroom 1, sauna or option for double/queen bed in bedroom 3.

The property also features; 2-bathrooms with 3-vanities and 2-toilets, enclosed backyard with covered entertainment area for that added space of outdoor living, established tropical gardens, plenty of play area for the kids, outdoor shower, unlimited WIFI and near new kitchen to entertain in with Bosch appliances.

Don't leave your pets at home, bring them along! The grounds are secured with a 1.8m high colorbond fence and lockable rear and side gates.

Garage not for guest use as it's too narrow to park in. Parking available on driveway (x 2 standard cars), and, roadside.

Black Rocks Beach is a 1.3km walk, (see main photo). There's also a safe cycleway to get there for pets and kids).
Mooball creek (you can swim, kayak, etc) is 200m walk (see photo).
Byron Bay is a 35min drive.
Pottsville Tavern (they also have a courtesy bus) is a 1.3km walk as is the bakery, Foodworks, bottle shop, Potty Mouth Pizza and chemist.
The IGA, bottle shops, cafes, restaurants, markets and all other facilities are located in and around Elizabeth Street which is a 2.1km walk.
Hastings Point is a 5.6km drive.
Cabarita Beach is a 7.6km drive, (see photo). Woolworths is there along with many other shops, restaurants and The Beachbar Bistro.
Kingscliff is a 15km drive. Kingscliff is the largest town before you get to Tweed City and Coolangatta.

Please note bookings are not automatically accepted due to the new holiday regulations and confirmation of pets being required. Linen also needs to be confirmed - a discount can be provided if bringing your own!
