With arguably one of the best views in Gerringong this home provides a perfect holiday retreat, comfortably furnished and a moment's stroll to Gerringong village and Werri Beach.

This beach house has all you could wish for during your stay. With everything supplied for a truly luxurious and relaxing stay, simply lie back with a drink and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, or be as active as you choose.

The expansive balconies to the front (east) and the rear (west) of the house look on to lush green terraced gardens and the shimmer of the sun reflecting off the surrounding blue ocean. Fall asleep on the outdoor lounge as you listen to the sound of waves breaking in the distance. Peer through the telescope at boats, whales and dolphins on the horizon.

The House boasts three outdoor entertaining areas and a lounge room complete with a large 3D flat-screen TV, blue-ray player, Bose-surround system, and LED mood lighting. The outdoor lounge on the wrap-around balcony takes advantage of the ocean views, as does a further outdoor area off the lower level rumpus/kitchen area. Further outdoor seating and alfresco options can be enjoyed on the balcony, deck and garden for both socialising or quiet contemplation/relaxation.

A designer kitchen and gas BBQ is located on the upper level for those that love to cook. A small kitchenette and additional gas BBQ is also located in the lower level rumpus room, which is perfect for entertaining on the lower ocean front deck off the rumpus room. Award winning cafes and restaurants are also only moments away. Several district wineries are also only a short drive.

A cosy wood fire with cut firewood is provided in winter months, enabling the house to be enjoyed year round. Internet access is also provided.

Hotel quality linen and luxurious fluffy towels are provided - just bring your beach towel.

LOCATION AND THINGS TO DO

The pace of your holiday during your stay at Elandra is totally up to you. Relax and enjoy the comfort of Elandra, taking in the beautiful views possibly spotting the migrating whales or dolphins, or get out and explore Gerringong and the surrounding area.

*It is a 2 minute WALK to Gerringong village and the IGA Supermarket.

*Sand, sand and more sand. Only a minute's walk to Werri (patrolled) Beach. Or why not try all four of Kiama’s renowned white sandy beaches: Surf beach, Kendall's, Easts and Bombo.

*Take a walk on one of the many walking tracks including the Coastal Walk from Gerringong to Kiama, Minnamurra Rainforest walk or if you wish to travel a little further check out the Illawarra Fly Tree Top walk or Jamberoo Action Park.

*Elandra remains only a moment's walk to: Bowling Club, Tennis Courts, Skate Park, rock Swimming Pools, rock and beach fishing, headland Walking track.

*Visit Crooked River Winery in Gerringong, multiaward winning Coolangatta Winery near Shoalhaven Heads, or the Silos Estate Winery just past Berry. All have excellent restaurants.
