Andean Country Getaway

This Andean country getaway is located ten minutes uphill from the quaint Colombian town of Barbosa, Antioquia. Which will put you about an hour from Medellin. As you make your assent leaving Barbosa you will cross several mountain streams while you wine up the surrounding emerald hills. *Note: A four wheel drive vehicle is recommended for this section of road. At an additional cost we can provide a mountain taxi and parking service in town.
Upon your arrival you will come to a gated entrance with dark slate pillers and a red roof. Immediately after entering, you have reached the parking level of the property, which includes our half size basketball court and gazebo with ping pong table and bar/entertainment area.
To reach the main house you will follow the field stone steps uphill past the spring fed eight person plunge pool. The house is surrounded by a vast patio and covered corridor with ample outdoor seating, hammocks, and native plants. Also on this level, you will find a large covered barbecue at you disposal and full size pool table with all the accessories. Upon entering the house you will notice the spacious living area and adjoined kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a five burner stove, oven, large refrigerator and freezer, and all the necessary accessories for preparing excellent home cooked meals. The house has two bedrooms. Each room has three single beds, one full bed, and it’s own bathroom with hot water.
