Mary Valley Cottage is situated on 5 acres off of Mary Valley Rd close to Yabba Creek. This property has a large covered hardwood deck with undulating views across the valley, an in ground swimming pool, wrap around veranda, internal fireplace, polished hardwood floors, external fire pit and a large dam.The property is ideally suited for animal lovers with a gated wrap around verandah for the family dog. There are numerous citrus and nut trees across the property as well as native hardwoods.

Accommodation options

Mary Valley Cottage has two (2) accommodation options:

Option 1 - Standard (sleeps max. 4 people)
This includes:
Master Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed (with luxury sheets and towels)
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds (with sheets and towels)


Option 2 - Standard Plus (sleeps max. 8 people)****
This includes:
Master Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed (with luxury sheets and towels)
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds (with sheets and towels)
Bedroom 3 - 2 x bunk Beds (sleeps 4) (with sheets and towels)

****Option 2 is available for an extra $120/pn on top of the standard rate

The cottage is fully serviced at the end of your stay.
For bookings over 1 week, servicing will be arranged as necessary.

Mary Valley Cottage has a fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and breakfast bench. Located on the large rear deck is a BBQ and dining setting.
