Boa localização e Estrutura

O imóvel está muito bem localizado, a estrutura do condomínio e ótima. Os dois quartos da parte de baixo (duas suítes) são muito bons, no entanto os dois quarto no “segundo andar” (na verdade é um mezanino) são ruins, não tem janelas, são muito pequenos, e um deles tem o pé direito muito baixo, de forma que um adulto não consegue ficar em pé. Eu diria que o imóvel tem somente dois quartos funcionais.

A hospedagem deixou a desejar

Bom dia, Priscila e Luis! Em primeiro lugar gostaríamos de agradecer pela forma carinhosa e prestativa como nos atenderam e buscaram minimizar todos os transtornos que surgiram durante nossa estadia no apartamento em Porto de Galinhas. Colocamos aqui algumas sugestões e situações que vivenciamos, como forma inclusive de ajudá-los para próximas locações e também evitar problemas para vocês e os hóspedes. * Torneira do banheiro casal vazando * Teto do banheiro quarto 2 térreo mofado e pingando em cima da pia, molhando e sujando as coisas que estavam ali * Colchão do quarto superior mofado * Quartos superiores abafados e sem janela * Ventilação que não tem opção de fechar em um dos quartos do mezanino, além de estar toda empoeirada * Crianças dormiram na sala, uma no sofá e outra em colchão no chão * 5 Baratas encontradas no mezanino e na cozinha. 3 conseguimos matar, as outras não * Elevador com defeito * Porta do banheiro do mezanino nao fecha direito * Cozinha apertada, só cabe uma pessoa por vez * Panelas arranhadas * Gaveta de talheres sujas, com cabelo, tivemos que tirar tudo e lavar novamente * Cheiro de mofo ao entrar no apartamento * Controles de todos os aparelhos de ar condicionados só regulam o liga e desliga e nada mais. Não conseguimos regular temperatura e precisamos dormir no calor, pois era muito forte e frio * Chuveiro do quarto do casal muito ruim, tivemos que tirar o esguincho e deixar a águar cair direto do cano * Pia do banheiro do quarto do casal vazando água, tivemos que deixar um pano ao lado para não molhar os objetos em cima da pia * Não tinham panos de prato nem panos de chão * Xícaras rachadas no fundo e no local aonde a boca encosta, perigo de cortar, tivemos que comprar novas e deixamos no apartamento * Lençois sujos, rasgados, toalhas encardidas e com mal cheiro * Colchas sujas e encebadas O apartamento tem tudo para ser ótimo, mas realmente precisa de uma reforma, especialmente na cozinha e mezanino. É muito importante informar que os quartos de cima não tem janelas. Em uma reforma é possível abrir uma ventilação dos quartos para o mezanino e assim clarear e pegar a ventilação que chega da sala. Fátima também foi muito prestativa. A vista do apartamento é linda e o condomínio, a síndica Adriana e os funcionários muito bons e atenciosos.
