Step inside to discover a tastefully furnished condo adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light and offering breathtaking mountain views. Curl up by the warm glow of the three-sided gas fireplace in the open concept main floor living area, equipped with 2 comfy couches and a large smart TV for cozy movie nights in. In-floor heat transforms the floor into your feet's best friend during those cold winter nights!



Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas range, oven, coffee maker, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Then, savor your culinary creations in the large dining area surrounded by windows overlooking the beautiful San Juan mountains, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a happy hour cocktail on your private balcony complete with a gas grill. Also located in the kitchen is your very own stacked washer and dryer!



The primary suite invites you to unwind and recharge with a plush king size bed and offers the convenience of a walk-in closet and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed ideal for families or friends traveling together, while the full guest bathroom with a step in shower is located directly adjacent to the guest room.

Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access pending the snowfall is steps to the Meadows ski run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).



Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village make getting around convenient and hassle-free without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride to the heart of Mountain Village where you can decide to walk around or ride the famous Gondola into the town of Telluride or to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market (groceries, beer, wine & spirits). 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Shuttle Bus Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Terraces complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola.



If you prefer to drive, four-wheel drive vehicles are a necessity in the winter. Two parking spaces are available; one space in the heated garage and the other directly in front of the garage. Please note that this condo does not come with air conditioning, as is standard in Telluride - but summer temps usually remain mild!

Comfortable ski in ski out condo

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and close to the ski lifts making it easy to access the slopes. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to eat in, and we enjoyed the SW sun exposure which filled the condo with light and made sitting out on the terrace enjoyable. Altogether a great stay and would rebook again!

Location, location, location!

Excellent location for a ski trip to Telluride as it is located across a narrow road from the slopes making it very easy ski in/ski out. Also located steps away from a chondola (combination chairlift/gondola) that takes you to Mountain Village and access to the free gondola system. Unit is clean, spacious, well appointed and provides adequate amenities for a comfortable stay. Garage is convenient for storing ski equipment at the end of the day. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Telluride Dream Ski Stay

This was by far the best Ski-in/Ski-out place we have ever stayed at! It was truly convenient and about 40 steps away to just put on our skis and ski down to the Chondola or Sunrise Lift. It was truly convenient and easy for our family of four to enjoy 4 days of skiing, coming home for lunch and easily go back out to finish a day of skiing. The property management was also great and very responsive to some household requests we needed. We would definitely stay here again and love the convenience of it all!

Perfect Ski Condo

We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back in the future. Condo is as described. Spacious, clean. Only 40 to 45 steps to the snow from garage. for skiers. Well stocked kitchen made it easier to cook. Beds were comfortable. fireplace kept us and ski gear warm. Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Great Location!!

This location is hard to beat. You’re a 30 second walk to the slope, if that. The condo is well stocked. Plenty of space in the condo except for the second bedroom. It’s tight but still very manageable. Management was great with communication and helped us out with our special parking need almost immediately. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Great Stay for Ski In Ski Out!

This property was the perfect place to spend our 4 nights in Telluride. We skied 2 full days and had a blast. I will say that the property is fine in pictures...nothing threw me off. In person though...it is really much better than the pics. Awesome place, well stocked and equipped with everything we could ever need. Even though it talks about being close to the slopes...I'm always leary of that. This will not disappoint though. The snow and ski slope is literally across the condo driveway...couldn't have been more than 30ish steps. We could see skiers and the Chondola from the porch. It was fantastic! We would stay again for sure! Thank you!!

Great Family spot with easy access to slopes

Location was fantastic, just a few short steps away from the Chandala, and lift 10. Roomier than I expected for a two bedroom, having stayed in other similar properties. Very responsive management. We had no problems during our stay, the beds were very comfortable, pillows were great humidifiers in each room, tons of Extras like shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, martini, shakers, yeti cups, to go wine cups, glasses, etc. there was not one thing I needed and did not have. Even a few bottles of liquor (which I made an espresso martini with!) Heated garage for a Ski storage w/clean and easy access. A fantastic place to stay. Bathrooms could probably use a remodel soon, but only cosmetic. The rate was very fair.

Lovely Stay in a Perfect Location

Annually we travel to Telluride for a family ski vacation. This year due to COVID, we could not share a house with other family friends. We wanted a location close to the lifts, updated, comfortable and clean. This property met all our expectations! The bunk beds were perfect for our teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with nice glassware, flatware and cooking utensils. The owner obviously has an eye for design and the interior was updated. Of note, the apartment is well taken care of and there was very little "wear and tear" of this VRBO rental. The apartment was well stocked with humidifiers, bluetooth speakers and plenty of reading material. The heated garage was a bonus and it was a nice place to store skis / boots after a day on the slopes. The walk to the slope was no more than 25 yards. We used the Chondola / Gondola for all our transportation and thus car did not leave the garage. In summary, we will ABSOLUTEY rent this property again. Kudos to the owners and property managers. Well done.

Best location and amenities for our family!

I almost am afraid to post this review because we loved the condo so much...I should probably keep it a secret so we can be guaranteed a future spot! We are beginner skiers and this was our first time in Telluride. We could not have been MORE pleased with this condo and our kids are already asking when we can return. The location was perfect - ski in/ski out snd steps from Chondola for heading into town or Mountain Village for dinner. The condo had more than enough amenities (especially in the kitchen and pantry-so important to a mom!) and the beds were very comfortable. If there was one piece of advice, it would be to launder or replace the MBR shams. Everything else, from towels to bath products and paper goods - all abundant or enough to get us started before heading to the grocery store. We had a hiccup with flights and the property manager was very flexible in allowing us to stow bags while we awaited our transport to MTJ. They also were responsive when I had questions (more than a arrange since we were newbies to skiing and Telluride). We look forward to future vacations here! Thanks for making our stay a very pleasant one.

Gem in Mountain Village

Perfect location with spectacular views of the mountains. "Dial A Ride" was a huge benefit for this condo. Made it super convenient to take the gondola into Telluride. Condo was clean, neat, comfy beds with all of the amenities you could possibly need. Definitely will see you next September! :)

Great Place for Skiing

Had a great stay here. The condo is right next to the Chondola and Sundance lifts for easy ski-in ski-out access. With the Gondola system running from 6am to midnight, we never had to use our vehicle once we got there to go to Mountain Village or the main town. The master bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Management was also quick to respond to a chirping smoke detector outside the unit. Overall, a great stay.

Guys trip

Excellent location. Steps to slops, Chondola, and lift 10. No need for a car. Chondola is free and takes you to Mountain village and the gondola takes you town. Second bedroom is very small with bunk beds. That’s really the only negative for the condo. Good for a family of four or really close friends who don’t care about sharing beds…I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family of four

This was perfect for our family of four. Two adults and two teenage boys, 19 and 17. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean. The balcony is a nice feature as is the fireplace. Comfortable beds. The garage is key for snow equipment as is the foyer for booting up. The slopes are right across the street. Very easy access. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

The condo is wonderful, kitchen is very very well equipped including a slow cooker and coffee grinder. The location is superb , literally you go out the garage and across the street and you are on a run that goes to chondola and sunshine lifts. The second bedroom is kind of small but very functional with double sized bunk beds. Would be ideal for a family . Telluride is awesome and this condo exceeded our expectations.

Great stay at a beautiful location

This was our first time visiting Telluride and we managed to pick an awesome place to stay. It was such a convenient location and very well kept. We loved the fact that we were so close to the Chondola. Once we arrived at the condo, we really didn't need our car. Between the Chondola that took us to the Mountain Village and the Gondola that took us to downtown Telluride, we were all set!! Would definitely recommend to others.

Awesome time to be in Telluride

We were very pleased with our stay in Mountain Village The property was as described and had everything we needed and more if we forgot something. We were there to watch our daughter and her friend compete in the Spartan race on the mountain and we were absolutely thrilled to be there this time of year. The colors everywhere were spectacular and the condo was perfect and quiet and so convenient to the ski resort. We were able to take the trail behind the condo to go back and forth to the ski resort while we waited for our athletes to come in. Loved having a garage to park in and an xtra spot We will be back for sure…

Chris was extremely helpful and consistently responded to questions in a timely manner. We were there for the Blues fest and travel time to and from was a bit longer than anticipated, but that has nothing to do with the condo. It was very comfortable.
