The cottage is located on the grounds of The Blue Orchid, a B&B Villa with its 6 guest rooms. The cottage is a separate, stand alone private unit next to the pool across the villa. The pool is shared with guests from the main house.

Vicki is from Switzerland, now living in California and a globetrotter traveling the world for business and leisure. Maggie is an architect living in Switzerland and instrumental to the preservation of the vintage charm of our rental properties.
A few years ago we came to Jamaica and fell in love with the culture, the people, music, food and the laid back island lifestyle. Having airbnb rentals in Florida and Switzerland we teamed up with Clive to bring our Jamaican-Swiss-American hospitality to Montego Bay. Clive is Jamaican with many years of local hospitality experience. It will be mostly Clive and his team to welcome you and make you feel all right!

Why they chose this property
Located close to the airport but still in a quiet neighborhood this B&B is ideally located. Many guests use The Blue Orchid as a hub when arriving at the airport and needing a night stay before venturing out to other parts of the island. Also when needing a close location before flying out in the morning. Other guests enjoy long term stays and use this location as a base to discover all that Montego Bay and surrounding area have to offer.
What makes this property unique
This mid-century style Bed & Breakfast with 6 guest rooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) and a 2 bed/2 bath cottage has a very unique ambiance. It has been and still is being soft renovated to keep it's 60's charm. Step by step its old beauty is brought back for guests to enjoy. Beautiful gardens and a tropical pool area make this a relaxing place. All meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients. Guests are asked to be patient but meals are worth the wait.
