Our house is located in the center of Anaheim. 8 minutes away to Disneyland, Knott’s berry farm and Anaheim convention Center. A lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Walk distance to the bus station. Free parking in front of the house. Easy access to freeway 5, 91. Newly remodeled and clean. Few Dallas use Uber to Disneyland and Knott’s berry farm. We have 5 bedrooms, 2bath, clean and comfortable yard.

- Our house can park maximum two cars in the driveway. Please follow the street parking rule if you’re parking on the street. Guest will responsible for any parking violations. Due to county regulations our driveway only permits 2 vehicles at a time. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense

-In order to preserve energy & help the environment, please turn off & unplug all unused electronics, lights, and air condition/ heater.

- We provide the grill but not the propane tank gas, if you would like to use the grill you will need to rent a propane tank from the nearby Walgreens.

- DISCLAIMER: For your safety and the safety of others, security cameras are installed outdoors on this property.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum after dark from disturbing the neighbors. Quiet time is 9:30PM -8AM. No excessive noise or loud music after 9:30pm (noise complaint $400 fine)

- PARTIES: Not allowed. If there is a party, or excessive noise after 9:30pm that disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to leave without refund. No parties ($400 fine).

- NO PETS AND NO SMOKING inside the house ($400 fine)

- If you are staying on Sunday, please take out the trash cans and put them in front of the sidewalk.

- If you are staying on Monday, please bring in the trash cans when they are empty and put them in the back of the garage.

- Before you leave, please put all trashes in the outside trash cans. Clean the food on the dishes and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher to wash. Put the used towels in the washer to wash.

- Security Deposit: If anything is damaged, or any house rules are broken, you may be charged.

- Fines will be deducted from the security deposit.

+ Notice: The furniture in the pictures may not be the exact same as what is on the property as it is occasionally replaced due to damage.
