Just 50 minutes by ferry from the mainland, and you enter the wonderland of World Heritage- listed K'Gari - Fraser Island. Whether it is relaxing by the pool or exploring the largest sand island in the world by 4WD, you will find this two bedroom villa an ideal place to be. Ideally located, being a flat easy walk to the beach and across from the undercover walkway for direct access to the main building.

Villa by the Beach is a Satinay villa located at Kingfisher Bay Resort.

Guests staying are offered full access to the facilities of the nearby resort (Kingfisher Bay Resort), including three salt water pools, guided ranger tours, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, children's playground, 4WD hire, bakery, shops and a spa for those seeking a pamper and more.

Excellent fishing can be had from the jetty, bring your own gear or hire it. Segway PT adventures, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and vu boards. Go explore the many walking tracks and diverse habitats on the island by 4WD, from the sand dunes, fresh lakes to the tall Satinay trees in the beautiful rainforests. Bird watchers will enjoy the wide variety of birds, not having to venture too far from the villa to see them. Enjoy the majestic hump back whales as they play within the waters of the Fraser Coast between August and October.

Humpbacks are having a whale of a time... August to October, taking time out in the pristine waters off Fraser Island to socialise, have fun and nurture their young. Cruises depart daily during August to October from Kingfisher Bay Resort jetty.

This two bedroom fully self-contained villa offers you a home away from home. Ideally suited for families, a group of friends or a getaway for two. The villa offers spacious comfortable air-conditioned accommodation for up to five people, with parking right out front.

PAYMENT TERMS

Year Round Cancellation:
* Deposit required to secure booking; Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellation 30-45 days = 50% cancellation fee.
* Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival or failure to show = 100% cancellation fee applies.
