Large outdoors yard and patio with outdoor settings. 2 of the bedrooms have a Queen bed, wardrobe, lamps, elec blankets, mattress topper and modern quality linen. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, electric blankets, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe. Beds are already made up for you with Doonas as well.

Located 1km from main shops. 2km from bike riding track. 1km to Orbost Exhibition Center, and tourist info center. Tennis courts, Swimmimg pool, volley ball, football oval, skating park, bingo and pokies in Orbost.
Good eating at Leon Palace, 2 pubs, 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 2 coffee shops, take away, Pizza, fruit and veg market, butcher etc.. Beaches 10 mins away. Marlo and Corringle. Surfing fishing biking , Catch crabs off jetty. Hire bikes in Orbost. Taxi service.

I grew up on a farm at Marlo. I went to high school in Orbost. I did my nursing in Bairnsdale, married had 3 children all grown up now. I have 3 grandchildren. Love cars and motorbikes. Horses and pets. I moved to Queensland for awhile, but came back to be near my family. I now live in Bairnsdale, and travel to Orbost regularly to tend to Longhorn Ranch. I employ a cleaner to help me.
Why they chose this property
I purchased this property as I loved the location and the views. It was once a motel and was subdivided. As it was the reception, function area of the motel, it was rather large, so I divided it into the 3 apartments. One I lived in myself, then I moved out and began holiday letting. I am still busy renovating when I can.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with the large windows, the huge open spaces, and the magnificent views over the Snowy River flats. I also liked the large parking area and the enormous back yard. It was in a prime position.
