Good property very poor service

The unit was in a very good position with great views, however there were some maintenance issues with cracks and holes in the timber floors. We had a great week until check out day where the flight was delayed and the property managers refused to extend check out or buggy access for any extended period. To compound this they shuttled half of group back to Reef View and left the remaining half at the airport for over an hour based on a miscommunication which was a flat out lie. Then while providing feedback to the manager which she did not accept or receive well and hung up on us. This is completely unacceptable customer service and they do not deserve to service customers on this beautiful island. The cleaners language on a family island needs to change the swearing is also unacceptable. The island overall is great and we had a great day on Whitehaven And would come back again just not to this resort.

Loved it!

We loved staying in Pinnacle 9. The view was amazing, and the apartment was very nice too. In particular - we enjoyed the large balcony area with BBQ; the spa; use of the buggy (although a bit slow up hills); the apartment layout and good-size kitchen; and the location too. It was all so perfect. The only tiny improvement I'd recommend is a few more kitchen items including a few more bowls, utensils and things. But I'd still give it 5/5. Thankyou!
