APURLA is a fully air conditioned self-contained 2 bedroom Suite located at Coranda Estate.
Enjoy the Country Lifestyle while still being close to Perth and all her Major Tourist Attractions.
Lots of space for the kids to run around and enjoy the animals on our property.
Private entry, parking at your front door.

Swimming pool is open all day every day.

1 bedroom has queen bed, 1 with 2 x single, bed side cabinets, robe. One pull out queen sized sofa in the lounge room. All fresh linen and towels included.

Fully equipped kitchen with sink, gas hot plate, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and all utensils. Bathroom with shower, basin, hair dryer, washing machine & tumble clothes dryer.
Lounge area with lounge suite, 42" HD TV and DVD player. Dining area with table and chairs.

Fully enclosed pet and child friendly back yard with lawn, under cover patio, BBQ, lighting and outdoor setting.

Beautiful homely equestrian lodge

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Coranda Lodge over the Christmas period. We have two young children aged 18 months and 3.5 years and it was so practical for us as a family. We loved walking around visiting the horses every day, we were able to talk to the owners about them and watch some riding. The unit was perfectly clean, very neat and so spacious with comfortable couches and plenty of seating. We had everything we needed with the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer. We loved the fenced backyard to keep the kids contained and the beautifully kept soft lawn. We felt so at home and completely relaxed. We will definitely come back when we need to stay in Perth, thank you for having us!

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. Tony was responsive to any queries we had. We were over to visit family and it was great to be able to have the grandchildren visit. We all loved the pool and the ponies. Comfortable and relaxed place to stay. Plenty of room to chill and enjoy time with our Perth family. Close to everything we needed.
