Enjoy the spoils of this brand new home with all the modern standards of a family friendly home . The undercover deck area is perfect for alfresco dining after a hard day at the beach or hot springs. Conveniently located between Rye's front and back beach and a stone throw away from Victoria's top Golf courses.
It is perfect for friends or two families.
The flat garden is enclosed and secure.
The living area is fully furnished with large flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD's, board games and large air conditioner,
There are 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 : Queen bed with walk in robes and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds with built in robes.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with trundle and single bed. Walk in robes.
Bedroom 4. Queen bed, walk in robe.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The main bathroom has a shower and bath.
The ensuite a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with brand new appliances and large stove.
Perfectly cushioned between the bay and surf beaches with easy access to your every need.
The Peninsula hot springs are a 5 minute drive as are some amazing golf courses wineries
and family attractions.
Dogs allowed sorry no cats .

We had a great stay over the last week in this well appointed home. Clean, neat and very spacious. So close to shops, beaches, the Springs and the sand sculptures in Boneo just to name a few! Thanks Debbie for letting us stay in your lovely accommodation.

Our winter getaway

The house was spacious and well appointed with a secure yard for our dog. Debbie was a helpful, accommodating host and provided a lovely welcome gift. Located close to amenities when driving and nice trails to walk along. A few minor touchups to the garden and outdoor area would add further value to the experience.

At Owarra

We booked Owarra for 6 adults and two small dogs for three nights. Overall we were very happy with the property with everyone complementing it. The house was very neat and clean and presented well. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge was great. The kitchen had ample supplies of crockery and cutlery and appliances. The bedrooms were well sized and the beds overall were comfortable. There was enough available such as tvs, books and board games to keep everyone entertained indoors. The property is well fenced off and secure and we were confident with the dogs being outside. We didn't take advantage of the bbq and outdoor space that was available. The property is in a good location close to shops and the beaches and generally close to most attractions in the area. We took the dogs for a few walks around the neighbourhood which was rather pleasant. Finally, thanks to the owners for leaving the small gifts - including thinking about the dogs. Overall this property is ideal for families and large groups. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it.

Such a great, spacious & clean house! A great family getaway, 2 families with 2 children each, there was plenty of room, seating & lounge area to relax. A large secure backyard with decking is perfect for families. Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect getaway

I highly recommend Oasis on Owarra for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Not too close to the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the Rye strip of shops, the location is ideal. The house itself is clean and with all the comforts you can ask for. Secure back yard, perfect for young chiildren. Ideal house for a large group or two families.
