This Craftsman style home is one of a kind. Built in 1914 with modern day amenities, this home features a backyard oasis with an in-ground pool. Features include 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms and an abundance of natural light throughout the home. The backyard is an oasis with a pool, pond, table tennis table, and multiple decks to entertain. Carport for 2 cars with access to Tesla Level 2 charger and free street parking is available.

Unlike most hotels and other vacation rentals, we wash all comforters, pillow shams & protectors after each stay. We also disinfect all door handles, faucet fixtures, and light switches to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Very happy with our stay at Austin Oasis. The location was very convenient for us - not far from UT Austin and many restaurants. The property was spacious, very clean and was extremely well stocked. Definitely a great stay!

Fun Spot!

Great spot to hang with your friends. With the pool and activities outside it made it easy to enjoy a day at the house. Location is a short ride to downtown and plenty of other areas. Everyone had a great stay!

Perfect family reunion weekend.

Great little house, walkable to basics shops and restaurants but close to just about everything in Austin. Held 15 for dinners easily inside and outside, fun amenities, well appointed. Hallway bedroom gets a lot of noise but the upstairs suite has a kitchenette and great as a separate space for a family with kids.

Long Weekend to visit family

Property is very nicely kept and has everything you need to take advantage of its many amenities. Nice location close to downtown and "old" Austin and UT. The only short coming is there is limited closet space for hangings clothes. We would definitely stay at this location again. Property manager is very responsive.

Great Spot near UT

This location is ideal for small or even larger groups. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The highlight is definitely the backyard. Perfect for entertaining with a pool, table tennis, cornhole, a putting green, and more. The location is great to walk to restaurants and bars near the school and not too far from Congress. Would definitely stay there again.

5 star stay :) Amazing property! A place of serenity for a family getaway. The tennis table was a huge hit! Fun games & pool - the full package. Close to central and downtown for activities. Great property!

The overall property was great! The backyard was great and had lots of different things to do (cornhole, a small put put, a pool, table tennis). The area is close to campus so you have access to lots of different great food spots. Also, the house is stocked with so many different things (everything from beach towels, regular towels, and sunscreen to poker chips, a guide to the property, Blu-ray player, etc.).

Awesome property

We were at Chris’ property for my bachelor party and it was the perfect house and location for a big group. Tons to do in the neighborhood, but it was also a blast hanging out in the amazing backyard. Chris was great at communicating. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Really great house!

House was lovely. Everything was very clean. Lots of beds to accommodate all the guests. Super quiet neighborhood despite being just a few blocks from Guadalupe (the main drag for college kids). Very close to university and downtown. Very convenient for Austin City Limits festival. Just wish we had had more time to enjoy the pool, ping pong table, and relaxing back patio.

We had a wonderful stay! We had a group of five employees who needed a comfortable house while we worked in Austin. This house did not disappoint! AN OASIS AND RETREAT!

10 of us..grandparents and grandchildren. Patient owner answered all our questions and we ended up with a great location and home that inside and out exceeded all our needs and wants. Fully equipped and then some!
