This spacious rooftop deck is equipped with a full wet bar, and a built-in gas grill, a large dining table, and seating for the whole family in the comfortable lounge area. As if the home itself, and views weren't enough, there is also a spacious backyard, with a large heated pool and plenty of space to lounge on the sun deck. Not a fan of stairs? Then this home is for you...equipped with an elevator to easily travel to the 3 main floors, (Elevator does not travel to the rooftop.) this home allows you to truly relax while on vacation!

The 1st floor of the home has a 2nd living area perfect for kids, with its own kitchenette, a bedroom with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, and a full bathroom. This floor also includes a door to access the pool and backyard oasis. (There is a pool alarm on the door). Upon walking or riding (for the elevator fans =). up to the 2nd floor of the home, you will note the beautiful Master Suite, complete with a King sized bed and full private bathroom. There are also two other bedrooms on this floor. A guest bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom, that shares a balcony with the other bedroom that features 2 twin beds.

The heart of the home is located on the third floor! The spacious open-concept living area is beautifully appointed and is the perfect place for hosting, an entertainer's dream! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops with a large breakfast bar with extra seating! Just off the living room is another balcony for those who want to spend time outdoors! Also on this level, there is yet another large bedroom with a King sized bed and its own private beautiful bathroom. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom off the living room.

These items are provided for your convenience and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
