This gated community is located in the Palm Beach area just 10 min walk to the beach. The condo situated on the third floor has been recently renovated with new kitchen, refrigerator, oven, cook top, microwave, queen sofa bed with ottoman in the living room, round table with chairs, three tall chairs for granite top, king size bed in the bedroom, bathroom furniture, sink and toilet, AC in both living room, bedroom, washer & dryer machines, electrical grill, outdoor table and chairs. Main TV with Netflix
The complex consists of private parking, 2 large community pools, BBQ area for family entertainment and small playground for kids. It’s in close proximity to most of the high rise hotels and casinos. It’s in walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, shopping center and a local pharmacy. Just going out of the community there is a service station and 5 minutes drive to several beautiful white beaches of Aruba. To the South West of the island less than 8 minutes drive away is the main city of Oranjestad

This third floor (top floor) apartment was clean, safe, and secure. I rented a local car rental which made everything easy to get to. Palm Beach is 1.4 km to the East. There are many delicious restaurants in walking distance and the staff were attentive and hospitable. I would return!

Great Vacation

We stayed at the Chill out condo for 11 nights in February and enjoyed our stay. Great location 10 to 12 minute walk to Palm Beach strip. Good restaurants and coffe shops nearby. The complex is well maintained, very quiet and pools were nice. The condo was clean and had everything needed for cooking meals. Beach chairs and coolers are provided. Seperate AC in living and bedroom. There is a smart tv with a couple dozen cable channels in living and another in the bedroom. Washer and dryer is also in the unit. Miguel came and greeted us and we didnt need to reach out for anything during our stay. Communication with the owner David was good.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location

Our hosts were wonderful - very understanding, always responsive, provided clear instructions, and were incredibly helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location: just a 20-minute walk to Palm Beach, a 5-minute drive to Eagle Beach, a 3-minute drive to a large supermarket, and within a 10-minute walking distance to many restaurants. The apartment itself is cute, very clean, and spacious - perfect for couples. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean, modern, and with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The main living space, featuring an open-concept living room and kitchen, offered a stunning view of the pool and complex. A private balcony, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee, was a lovely addition. The bathroom was sleek and contemporary, with excellent water pressure and hot water on demand.The location was ideal—just a comfortable 12-minute walk to the stunning Palm Beach. However, you do need to enjoy walking to make the most of it. If walking isn’t your preference, taxis are readily available for about 12—I took one once just for the experience.Right outside the complex, there were plenty of local dining options. My favorite was The Local Store, which is conveniently located right across the street. Don’t be misled by the name; it’s a fantastic restaurant and bar with an excellent selection of wings, delicious food, great music, and outstanding service. There are also several other nearby restaurants offering a variety of options. While they aren’t fancy, many tourists actually drive to these spots to experience authentic local cuisine.If you don’t want to carry your own chairs to the beach, there are plenty of rental options available. Moomba Lounge, for example, offers a 30 rental package for an umbrella and chairs, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful shoreline without the extra hassle.The host and property managers were always available, excellent communication.

The ad said 2nd floor but it is actually on the 3rd floor, 1st floor is hround flooe in Aruba. Could not use the electric grill without blowing a fuse. Other than the 3rd floor the stay was very good.

Perfect condo to stay in Aruba!

It's our first time in Aruba! My husband and I had a terrific time to explore different beaches in the island from north to south by rented a car. I would highly recommend this condo in the gated community. The location is wonderful! Walking distance to restaurants, the big supermarket is 5 min drive away. Folding chairs and cooler are available to take for the beaches is a plus. Property manager, Miguel gave us good recommendations and easy communicate via Whatsapp.

Wonderful stay in Aruba

The property was in a great location just a couple minutes from Palm beach. The condo was well equipped for two people. Very clean. Their were two nice pools on the property. Their is a security guard and a gate at the entrance. Although Aruba is very safe thats always nice to have. We were on the third floor. We liked that because the balcony had more privacy. The property manger Miguel was very nice and friendly. He even brought us a bottle of wine. We would definitely stay their again.

Aruba - Perfect Condo

My husband and I stayed from Feb14-23. A great location, grocery stores, restaurants and even a little coffee shop within 5- 10 min walking distance of the property. We had a little hiccup, but David resolved it quickly. Miguel the propertymanager was very responsive to any questions we have. Suggest renting a car to get around the island. Very friendly people in the condo complex, which is kept spotless with 2 great pools. We prepared most of our meals in the condo. The condo comes with beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels. Definitely would highly recommend. We will be back. Thanks David and Miguel for all your assistance.

Second honeymoon in Aruba

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Aruba; we explored different beaches, experienced the nightlife, ate at wonderful restaurants and enjoyed the sunsets each night. We rented a car and it was easy to get around the island. i would highly recommend this property as its location is wonderful!
