Renmark River Villas No 50 (with pool) - "The Potter Villa"


RENMARK RIVER VILLAS - Four holiday villas located next to one another. "The Edna Villa" (no 48) and "The Potter Villa" (No 50) were built in 2015 and have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people in each. "The Bellagrove Villa" (No 52) and "The Rosa Villa" (No 54) were built in 2023 and have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people in each. Situated only 40 metres from the river and owner-operated houseboat accommodation Boats and Bedzzz, all only a 5 min stroll to the town centre. Fully self-contained, reverse cycle a/c and undercover alfresco area with bbq, overlooking the private rear yard. Villas 50, 52 and 54 each have their own private inground pool and if catering for a large group between villas, we provide easy gate access between the villas. Secure parking for 2 cars and/or boat in some of the villas.

PLEASE NOTE: Please note our base rate is for 2 people occupying one bed and use of one ensuite bathroom. If you require every person as part of your booking to have their own separate bedroom (and access to the second bathroom), simply add one extra person to your booking to cover the additional cleaning and linen hire. For example 2 people need 2 separate bedrooms - book for 3 people, 3 people need 3 separate bedrooms - book for 4 people.
If you have at least 2 people in your booking that are happy to share a bed, there is no extra cost at all and you don't need to add an extra person to your booking!

When more than one couple is staying, we will unlock the second and third bedroom, and second bathroom as required/requested.

King and queen beds can be split into singles at an additional cost of $50 per queen or king bed. A single trundle bed can also be added to each of the two queen bedroom at an additional cost of $50 per bed.

Security bond - we will also make contact with you to get credit card details to do a hold/preauthorisation for a security bond of $450, to be processed on day of arrival. If there are no damages or extra cleaning required upon your departure, the bond hold will automatically release after 7-10 business days.

Fabulous Accomodation

I come to Renmark every year to see clients and this is the first time I have stayed here and it will definitely not be the last, the place was ideal in location, cleanliness and the Pool looked amazing, unfortunately, due to work I didn't get a chance to try it out but I will next time. I highly recommend staying here.

Good location.Within walking distance to shops and pub/club.

We enjoyed our short stay and accommodation was clean and tidy. I wasn't happy regarding the bond. I thought it was excessive particularly for a 2 night stay for 2 adults and that the money was held for 7 days, well after we had left. The owner only lives 2 doors up so can easily see (and hear) if anything was amiss. Apart from that, location was great. Right across from the river and walking track and close to all facilities.

Sorry to hear you weren't happy about the $450 bond payment. We have a set amount for the bond, no matter how many nights you stay (unfortunately some people can cause damage on the first night!). As our villas are premium and large homes, the bond has to be more substantial than what you would pay at a hotel room. The bond makes customers show more respectful of our properties, which in turn keeps our properties well maintained and well presented for future customers. The bond automatically releases after approximately 7 - 10 business days but this does depend on which bank your credit card is with. This hold time isn't determined by us unfortunately. Pleasant house by the river

Great place overall! Across the road from the river, just down the street from the core of Renmark. Interior of the house was new and well equipped. Only issue we had was that the bed had a gap in the middle.

Hi everyone, my name is Deanne Flaherty and I own and operate "Boats and Bedzzz" and "Renmark River Villas" along with my husband Stephen. We have two daughters and I have lived in Renmark my whole life, and as such I love the town and the river that runs through the heart of it! We established "Boats and Bedzzz" in 2008. In 2015 we built two "Renmark River Villas" homes and in 2023 we built two more! It is very easy for us to operate our business from home and provide a personalised service to our customers as the villas are next door to our home residence and the houseboats are across the road.

We take a lot of pride in the quality of our accommodation and receive a lot of great reviews from customers that have stayed with us. We aim to please and hope you enjoy your experience with us too!

What makes this property unique

Our moored houseboats are unique as your accommodation is floating and you can't get an closer to the river to enjoy its spectacular beauty! Moor your speedboat to the side, go fishing from the back deck, go kayaking in the kayak provided or just sit and enjoy the view!
The villas are located across the road from the river and are newly built and modern. Three villas each have a private pool and rear lane access to park a speedboat or 2nd car (also an undercover garage at the front of the property too). Follow the path across the road from the villa and enjoy a riverfront stroll (5 min) to get in to the main hub of the town for shopping and dining.
