This spacious beachside apartment has just become available from December 2022 for up to 3 holiday guests, after being off the holiday market for three years with a longer term guest.
Front windows of this quality apartment are only 4 meters from the beach with a fantastic view
Hidden gem of a beachfront location. Right in the heart of town as only a 15 second walk Ito Becks GA Supermarket, Becks Sip n Save Wine Cellar, or Elliots Bakery. One minute walk to Streaky Bay Jetty or two minutes' walk to the Streaky Bay Hotel.
Watch your family fishing on the Jetty, swimming, or boating right from the apartments front windows
Apartments have a perfect north facing aspect overlooking the bay with ideal protection from any southerly breezes.
Streaky bay Beachside & a Jetty view Apartments have excellent privacy from the main street, as they are not visible from the road.
At 30-32 Alfred Terrace you can only see Becks IGA and Becks Sip n Save Wine Cellars from the street. A stairway right next to Becks IGA then takes you down to the almost hidden beachfront apartments only meters from the beach.
The main walk way and driveway to the Beachside and Jetty view apartments is next to Drift Café at 34 Alfred terrace. Vehicles can enter the café car park, drive towards the beach then turn right and drive past the Cafe front decking Just follow the signs and arrows

Car Parking option 1 - for this apartment only is available right on the waterfront about 10 meters from the apartment. Car can be seen from this apartments windows. See pictures. Car parked very close to waterfront on a non-used road . Unlike all our other apartments we do not yet have a reserved parking sign for this apartment as retaining wall under construction.
Have discounted this apt by $20 per night due to reserved car parking spot not being fully completed.
Car parking Option 2 - extra more spacious private car parking is available across the road at 27 Alfred terrace behind Coastal Brows and Beauty -next to Elliot’s Bakery
