Booking Champagne Stays means you have the whole secure Townhouse to yourself. Recently built in a beautiful modern style on the fringe of Frankston CBD. Perfect for Couples, Families (up to 8), business and solo travellers. 2 minute drive to Frankston shopping precinct, and the Award winning sandy Beach. The gateway to many wonderful day trips. Train station near by.
The balcony overlooks the picture perfect botanical gardens. You’ll find ducks, playground, BBQ facilities and a walking track.
You will enter through the Red Front door and be pleasantly surprised at the quality and spaciousness of this modern new townhouse.
With everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay with a touch of class.
Upstairs you will find the lounge leading onto the balcony overlooking the Botanical Gardens. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Large SS stove, Full fridge, Dishwasher and walk in pantry that houses the microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The pantry has a few basics which guests are able to use. Many leave unopened items for future guests in good spirit.
Also on this level you will also find the 3rd toilet/powder room.
Downstairs, the Rumpus Room has the 2nd 55" smart TV (bring your USB with movies or Netflix account details). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are also downstairs along with the main bathroom (with full bath) walk in shower. The fully equipped laundry has a washer and dryer. Just outside the door is a clothes line. Step through the sliding doors of the Rumpus Room into the relaxing secure garden. Outdoor tables and chairs to sit at whilst soaking up the sunshine.

Across the park you can access the back entrance to the Frankston Hospital, Monash University is almost at the end of the street, Frankston Art and Cultural Centre and PARC (Peninsula Acquatic and Recreation Centre) in walking distance. Frankston is the Gateway to the Peninsula's abundance of wineries and beautiful beaches.
Things to Do
Frankston is the largest city on the Mornington Peninsula and in itself has so much to offer in the way of a wonderful beach, pier, art and entertainment centre, aquatic centre cinemas and of course shopping. Frankston is also very central to other areas of interest and easy day trips. Over summer you will find the wonderful sand sculpture display on the Frankston foreshore.
Visit Mornington just 20 min drive away where you will find an abundance of eateries, Pier, yacht club, race course and markets. Another 10 minutes further down the peninsula you will start to come across the many wineries - over 70 in all. Stop and have a taste or buy a bottle to have with lunch. Afterwards you could walk along the many surf beaches or national park walks.
Cape Schanck light house is worth a look for it beautiful surrounding scenery.
Portsea Pub right on the beach for lunch and a walk along the pier.
Head in the other direction to Melbourne CBD. 40 minutes by car or catch the train from Frankston Station. The train line will take you directly to the heart of the city. Melbourne is world known for its shopping, fashion, restaurants and live theatre.
Melbourne Zoo is a must for those who want to see Australian animals - in the summer the zoo has twilight jazz on Saturday nights. The train can take you directly there.
Perhaps take a drive to the Dandenongs where you will find the famous Puffing Billy steam train. Take a ride in the open carriages. A treat for children young or old. You may find a lovely picnic spot or head to one of the amazing tea rooms for scones. Wonder around the many antique or bric a brac stores.
Phillip Island is the home to the Fairy Penguins and seal rock. A great days trip.. you will love watching the penguins make there evening waddle up the beach to their burrows in the sand dunes.

We grew up in Frankston and know that everything you need is at your finger tips. Bay beach, surf beach wineries aquatic center Arts and entertainment and so much list goes on.
What makes this property unique
Being across from a beautiful park with playgroud, walking track, native walk and a pond with loads of ducks makes this a perfect position. Walking distance to Frankston and the hospital is just the otherside of the park.
