Coonandry Cottage Farmstay

The Mud Brick Cottage has a full kitchen, Wood Fire, Mineral magnesium Pool shared access with us and Air Conditioner. We are located only 4 kms from town.

We are Pet Friendly and ask that you provide information regarding your pet for approval for them to stay prior to booking To ensure we stay pet friendly, there are rules to be followed; we can’t have big dogs that are not friendly towards other dogs or animals
Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool area.
There is a secure yard at the cottage, pets are not to be left inside the cottage unattended.
Pets must be on lead and secured by you when not in the secure yard.
All mess is to be cleaned up or it will incur an additional fee.

A lovely clean and very convenient overnight stay during our travels. We booked last minute and needed a one night, pet friendly accommodation and were pleased to hear back from the very friendly host to accept our stopover. We wanted for nothing and couldn’t ask for better comfort, cleanliness and friendly service.

We stayed at the Coonandry cottage from 6-8th June and that was the best stay!The location is amazing for seeing the night sky! The Farmstay is amazing with beautiful sunset views. The animals on the farm are the most beautiful creatures you will meet.The hosts are amazing- we had a great experience with Debbie and every conversation felt like we were talking to a family member.Will definitely recommend and revisit for sure!Thanks Debbie! And we will exchange notes on Dutton ranch the next time we meet!

Fabulous weekend getaway spot

Great place to stay and the hosts are very welcoming. Nice and close to the Warrumbungles for hiking day trips. A quiet place to stay immersed in the sounds of nature.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at Coonandry Cottage. The hosts were very welcoming, everything was clean and tidy, and the location was great. The cottage was peaceful and secluded, and still close enough to town to easily go there to eat or get supplies.

Excellent for a short stay

Thank you to Debbie for a great stay. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and a great pool. Kids got to feed the sheep and the chooks which was lots of fun!

Lovely farmstay and close to town

Had a great stay. Children loved seeing the animals on the property. Debra, our host, was very helpful and engaging to our needs. She managed to arrange a shower chair for our daughter who had previously broken her leg.

Beautiful property and lovely hosts

We had the most enjoyable time at Coonandry Cottage. It is a beautiful property close to the town centre and amenities. The cottage itself is spacious and unique which was built by Deb and Wayne themselves. They were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back again.

Beautiful cottage and property

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The kids loved seeing the sheep and chickens. The hosts are lovely and were accommodating to our needs. Great location with easy proximity to the Warrumbungles and Pilliga - the perfect getaway. Highly recommend

Restful retreat

Comfortable warm cottage with lovely hosts. Wrens off our verandah. Sunset views. Amazing walks through the Warrumbungles. Dark sky nights with star gazing. A beautiful place to stay.

Its home and its just the right distance from town not to far. Its just peaceful and tranquil here and we love it.

Its peaceful with lots of wildlife, there are many different species of birds, kangaroos & emus.
We have sheep, chooks and a couple of loved dogs, so lots of friendly animals to feed and interact with.
