It is definitely a beautiful property! Game room, indoor pool, hotub and movie theater. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of room. The view from all the balconies were spectacular. Tara was quick to respond with any questions. It was such a great place we stayed in and just enjoyed our time there. Large spacious bedrooms with your own private bathroom! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful place to stay, enjoyed all the amenities. View was fantastic and the decks were amazing, great place for the morning coffee. Grandchildren loved the pool and pool table. Little scary going up the mountain, very, very curvy and tight, we got comfortable about the time to leave.

Plenty of room for family of 13. The house is beautiful! Our almost adult grand kids enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchens were well stocked. The drive to the house is unique and beautiful. We saw bears most everyday. Thank you for a great stay, would stay here again!

The property is beautiful! Overall 9/10. Loved the multiple levels that had full kitchen with full sized refrigerators. Bedrooms with bathrooms had plenty of room and hot water. Comfortable beds. Loved having a bath tub in every bathroom. Hot tub and pool - awesome. Nice rocking chairs on the deck. Wish the living room was bigger with more seating places/couches/recliners. Also had a lot of difficulty with televisions. No batteries in the remote in movie room. The guys were disappointed to not be able to connect to sports for football. We would love to rent this property when we visit again! We saw a momma black bear with two cubs playing in the driveway!!!!

And what a treat to see a mama bear and her cubs right in the driveway! We’re sorry about the missing batteries in the theater room remote and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Regarding the TVs, all of our TVs are Roku TVs, and we provide detailed instructions in the main areas and near the TVs. Guests can access sports and other programming by logging into their own subscriptions, such as YouTube TV, ESPN, Hulu, Netflix, etc. The cabin has strong internet service, and we typically have very few issues with guests streaming their favorite programs. We’ll take another look at our instructions to make sure the process is as clear as possible. We also appreciate your suggestion about additional living room seating. Thank you again for staying with us, and we would absolutely love to welcome you back on your next visit to the Smokies!

Luxury is the key word here! Wow. This home is immaculate and surpassed our expectations in terms of location, mountain views, amenities, safety, cleanliness, coziness, appliances, decor, space, WiFi and media… Every single thing about it was seamless and convenient from start to finish. Everything was just like it was listed. The cabin was beautiful and the pool was enjoyable for my grandbabies. We had family members from three generations and everyone had their own space to enjoy the cabin. We were fortunate enough to see bears and their cubs and it was a big hit for everyone. Many lifetime memories were made.

Thank you for staying with us. We are excited to host you again. Yes, the pool temperature is set at 84*. This prevents the indoor pool room from becoming a sauna. We have to keep it regulated, or mold and mildew will form in the room. The hot tub can be heated to 105*!
