The lower level of
Deckadence seafront is back available for rent. It is a characteristic 3 bedrooms with amazing views. Please note upstairs not available to rent and is private but we never stay while guests are staying. The rest of the property is for your use excluding the shed.
It has an open planned living, dining and kitchen area with views from all windows. This area is heated by an efficient reverse cycle Air Conditioner and the lounge area is comfy with recliners and lots of seating.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and a flat top bbq is outside in the new courtyard area.
Bedding configuration-
*Main bedroom - queen bed.
* 2nd bedroom - double bed
*3rd bedroom - single with trundle and a double bed.
This room has a smart TV .A column heater is provided to warm a bedroom if necessary. Quilts, extra blankets, pillows, bathmats and tea towels are provided.
Clients need to bring fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases and towels.
There is a new bathroom with shower, bath, heated towel rail and vanity. A separate toilet is located next door.
The large laundry provides a drinks fridge, washing and drying machine.
The well protected undercover verandah provides a great spot for the family BBQ and the kids can play on the large grass area opposite within your sight.
There is a well lit, fish cleaning station and ample room with 2 driveways for cars and boats.
A well fenced off yard for the dogs and kids. There is a mud room alcove for hats, shoes.
About Edithburgh
Amazing location.
Walk directly opposite the house to collect shells & driftwood on Little Pebble Beach or walk just 80 metres for a quick dip in the Tidal swimming pool.
Grab the fishing rods and walk along the foreshore 300m to the jetty to catch a squid, some fish or say hi to the resident seal. You can also fish and catch squid opposite off the waterfront.
Bring the scuba gear and go for a dive if you are a scuba enthusiast to see the leafy sea dragons or seahorses.
Just walk across the road for a game of golf or a walk on the "Walk the Yorke" trail.
For a night out it is a short walk to the hotel or the wonderful Location cafe for lunch or dinner.
Visit the artists gallery, museum, markets on Sunday or ride a bike to Sultana Point.
Watch the dolphins from the verandah as they play in the shallow water.
Drive out to Troubridge Lighthouse and look for whales in June/July.
Or just relax on the verandah, enjoy the sea views, smell the sea air and watch life on the water.
