Kokomo LTB - quiet lake/ beach retreat

Kokomo is an older renovated beach house with a very welcoming feel. It is located on a quiet no through road very close to the lake.

Kokomo has ample off street parking with room for a boat which is ideal for those who are looking to enjoy the ample opportunities for fishing, boating and kayaking offered nearby.

It is an easy walk to both the lake and the beautiful 90 mile beach as well as the Water Wheel Tavern and local general store/ take away.

Accommodation

Kokomo has 3 bedrooms, (one with an ensuite) 2 with queen beds, and a bunk room with 4 bunks. With 2 living areas, 2 dining areas and 2 bathrooms it easily accommodates 8 people.

Kokomo has 3 deck areas 2 of which overlook the lake with glimpses of the ocean. The 3rd larger deck area is very quiet and secluded and has a BBQ and outdoor setting. Located on the southern side of the house it captures afternoon sea breezes and is out of the direct sun, making it perfect for relaxing on those hot summer days and nights.
There are plenty of areas to find a quiet place to rest, read and relax.

Drive to

Lake Tyers is a short drive to Lakes Entrance with its many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Other attractions for a "day out" within easy driving distance of Lake Tyers are Buchan Caves, Nowa Nowa, the Snowy River, Metung and local wineries and art galleries.
