The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach.

There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side Tiki Huts spend shade and are great for family and friends gathering, playing games or just relax. 2 washers and dryers are available as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys. Each Cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. Free WiFi provided.

Our family of four very much enjoyed our trip to the octopus cottages. The pool area was very clean and the other guests were so kind to my children. The privacy and the parking lot was excellent for games and dining outside. The mad beach Cantina around the corner was fantastic and within walking distance. The cottage was safe and had everything we needed. We hope to return in the summer!

Johns Pass and Beach

Wonderful location. Close to everything yet the neighborhood was quiet. They were in the middle of some landscaping/repairs. Other than that is was just as described.

Cute Cottage

We were looking for a short getaway after a wedding we attended in Orlando that wouldn’t break the bank. This place had what we needed at a great price. Close to the areas we love to visit and right across from the beach. It says no beach gear provided but I saw some in the laundry room that I wish I would have noticed sooner. I’m guessing things people have left behind. Pool was refreshing and the general vibe was quiet and comfortable. Thanks!
