Surrounded by nature in peaceful setting.

One of the most striking houses on the Mornington Peninsula, this home is made largely of glass with a unique layout that allows you to see through the home from room to room, and into the living area.

It has been specifically set-up to comfortably accommodate one or two families of holiday-makers. 3 bedrooms in all; the master with a king size bed and Bayliss wooden rug and it's own ensuite. The second room has a Queen size bed and plenty of room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single bunks both with trundles sleeping 6 in all, (ideally suited for children or adolescents although they can sleep adults). It also has a flat screen tv with DVD to allow the children their own space. The room also contains a loft which has a large triangle window perfect to watch the stars at night (adult supervision is recommended for younger children).

The custom built Ash dining table matches the coffee table of the same Ash wood. The dining table seats 6 easily or 8 if required and there are 10 chairs in the home.

There is a large outdoor deck with table seating 8 and a BBQ as well as an outdoor shower with hot water for that rinse after the beach. It's surrounded by natives, Olive trees, and a bed of Rosemary, as well as a large grassed area. You can also see the entire living area through the floor to ceiling glass windows from the deck.

The living area has ample couch space on the most comfortable feather-down Molmic couch which sits on a large Bayliss rug and is directly in front of the 65" HD flat screen TV with Bose surround sound. To the right is a fireplace bringing a warm ambiance during the winter months. With a large selection of great movies on DVD and games it's the perfect communal area for fun or relaxing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a blender, to a coffee machine, and good cutlery and pots and really is like a kitchen you would have in your own home. Situated in front of the living area and with a large bench/breakfast bar it allows for everyone to be together but doing their own thing.

There is a large laundry with washing machine and dryer, large basin and bench area, as well as ironing board and iron.

Mattress protectors, donnas and covers, and pillows are provided. Sheets and towels can be organised at an extra cost.

The national park/back beach is literally at the end of the street. A 10/15 minute walk will get you to the front beach and the Blairgowrie shopping area. The area is saturated with golf clubs, pubs, restaurants, wineries and even a really great hot springs relaxation centre.

We're confident that you will have a great time here. We certainly enjoy coming here throughout the year.

IMPORTANT: We have a very strict no noisy parties rule. Our neighbours will not tolerate any late night noise and will call me at anytime of the day or night. This will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any remaining rent.

* Please note linen and towels are not provided but can be arranged at an extra cost.

* Groups larger than 8 must be declared and approved. Schoolies, bucks/hens, party groups are not permitted.

*Pets are strictly not permitted.

* A cleaning fee of $150 applies to all bookings.

Fabulous property
We were so impressed with the Glasshouse at Blairgowrie. Spotlessly clean and super comfortable beds. This property is everything that Andy describes and beautiful touches like a bottle of wine as a gift on arrival to having the host checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay. We will be back.

AMAZING LOCATION
