Its a cozy petite space for guests. Spacious parking. Its easy access to the city malls, church, mainroads, boulevard where u can take a clear view of the majestic mayon volcano and citysea side, where you can have a walk, jog and have a taste of bicol cuisine in variety of bicolano restos.
The groundfloor covers a petite coffee space, a comfi sofa, bathroom, mini kitchen equipped with fridge, toaster, electric kettle, frying pan and utensils, induction stove, water pump, heater.
Guests can enjoy complementary water and wines, wifi, 43" smart tv (capable of smartview, with cignal cable), sofa bed with bluetooth speaker, and a newly added television with latest movies and/or netflix.
