OCEANIA BEACH HOUSE LARGE GAS FIREPLACE

Oceania is a Fabulous Beach House that has everything supplied for your Beach Getaway.
The house is located in the heart of Blairgowrie & a 10 minute walk to Local Shops & Beach.
There are 3 Generous Bedrooms with Robes that sleep 6 Guests comfortably. 2 x Queen beds & 2 Single Beds.
2 Bathrooms with 2 Showers & a bath.
The Lounge area has Brand new appliances, Flat screen TV & BluRay machine. There is also Wifi & Foxtel.
There is a gas log fire plus ducted heating, & ceiling fans
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast for your Summer Holiday.
At the front of the house, there is a Huge Entertaining Deck with Dining Table & Chairs.
The back yard has a BBQ & is fully fenced for your children to play.
There is also a double lockup garage .
Pets will be considered upon Application.

BLAIRGOWRIE

Blairgowrie is a peaceful and naturally protected seaside village nestled between Rye And Sorrento at the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula.
Blairgowrie bayside beach is safe, calm and perfect for paddling, where as Blairgowrie back beach is wild and wicked and suitable for only for surfing and strong swimmers.

Take a stroll through the village shops in the morning, where you will find some tantalizing cafes and restaurants, a great gallery, gift shops and more.
In the afternoon, go for a sail on Port Phillip Bay on an awesome luxury yacht.

Get back to nature with a leisurely walk along the back beach or follow the the loop track at Bridgewater Bay for some sensational views.

Blairgowrie is a wonderful place to getaway from the hustle of city life and relax and rejuvinate for a few days or longer.

A beautifully presented home, well stocked and incredibly welcoming! Fantastic communication with Simone made for a very relaxing holiday. This house is easy walking distance to town and the perfect spot for enjoying Blairgowrie. Our two year old loved exploring the well-kept gardens and we enjoyed exploring the various sitting areas to capture the sunshine! After renting many houses in the area, this is definitely our favourite!

The moment you pull into the driveway you feel at home , the house has a wonderful floor plan , rooms are comfortable and you have everything that you need to enjoy your stay . What stands out are the gardens , the backyard is like a paradise that draws you in to read a book , watch the birds or sip on a glass of wine . Just perfect. The host Simone is very responsive and attentive .
