PARKING:
Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property
No pets

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. The location and apartment layout were fantastic for our family group. We really enjoyed the pool area and the apartment had all the accessories one would need for a week stay. The unit was ready as we arrived and the early access to the apartment was greatly appreciated!

We really enjoyed this property. It’s in a great location and the pool area is nice and private. It could use some minor updating but other than that it’s perfect. It was also nice that the linens, towels and even beach towels were included. We went with our grown kids and their two friends. Loved Key West!!

Amazing Key West Old Towne property

Fantastic property near all the fun Duvall Street activities. Property has a great pool and patio area to hang out with friends. We would definitely rent this location again.

The sink is super tiny and you can barely turn around in the shower. Also the bedding and the towels are kept in a shed by the pool that is open during the day. We thought that was weird. The pool area is great and the contacts at the company were great to deal with.
