Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

No smoking on the property

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Great property! Beds were comfortable, property clean, bathrooms nice, pool area very beautiful. Great location, one block to Duval Street. Easy walk. The sofa probably needs replacing and the kitchen needs some help. Needs more utensils but we really didn't cook. I would definitely rent this property again.

The location was excellent! There was a grocery store right around the corner. Most everything else was in walking distance. The pool area was very nice and pool towels were provided. The actual property is quite old and not everything worked properly. The kitchen is very small and barely adequate. The refrigerator was too small and didn't get cold enough. The grill was clean and in good shape.

Spring 2025 Getaway

From start to finish everything was great with this property. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool area is very nice, great place to enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing night time cocktail. The location is fantastic!

This property had everything we needed for a quick getaway with friends. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was exactly what we needed. We utilized the outdoor pool area every day of our stay. The best quality was the location! Close to everything and in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go!
